Facilitate Security without Complications
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of being secure without needing to memorize thousands of passwords, thanks to 1Password. It allows me to store passwords securely for all my applications, making it so I only need to remember a single master password. I also love that it offers two-factor authentication, further increasing security. The auto-fill feature is something I value greatly, as it makes using passwords on different platforms practical and quick. The initial setup of 1Password was simple and problem-free, which made its adoption easy from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard is for passwords to be saved by the domain, and it does not consider subdomains, which sometimes causes passwords from different systems to be saved in the same place (but this can be resolved by checking "save only for this specific domain", however, this is an extra step that could be standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to store secure and unique passwords, ensuring security across all applications, while I only need to remember one master password.
Long time private user, satisfied corporate user
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using 1Password privately for several years and moved my company to 1Password last year, no regrets.
Excellent service, excellent support and very friendly and helpful.
The product is easy to use and manage and, as far as my research shows, secure.
We have set up multiple teams, each with their own safes and all users found it easy to use and made a lot of their processes easier and more secure.
With integration in all web browsers and availability for all platforms, managing passwords is a doddle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ever more internet services and on-premises systems requiring passwords, a password safe is a must. 1Password goes beyond, with recommended passwords and warnings about compromised accounts
Additionally, we have many "departmental" accounts with suppliers where multiple people need access to certain password, 1Password makes this easy.

Good Password Manager, But Pricey and Sync Issues Hold It Back
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to store and organize all my passwords in one place. The interface is clean, everything syncs smoothly across devices, and the autofill feature works reliably most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels a bit high compared to other tools that offer similar features. Some advanced options are hidden behind menus that aren’t obvious, so it takes a bit of time to find what you need. I’ve also run into occasional sync delays between desktop and mobile, which can be frustrating when I’m trying to log into something quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me avoid weak or reused passwords by generating strong ones automatically and storing them securely.

Essential Tool for Secure and Effortless Credential Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
1password makes it easy to share credentials like passwords, usernames, Personally Identifiable Information and overall anything that comprises a secret asset for your company, enterprise or organization. It is one of the major collaboration tools that my organization employs and I'd say one of the major ones, if not the single most important one, since it holds all the keys to our digital kingdom and enables us to hand them over carefully and without risk to the one who is going to need them. It allows for great control over how you share that critical pieces of information an with whom.
You can sort your critical data by using labels, categories and vaults. Vaults are similar to what are called workspaces in other collaboration tools and allow for granular access, you can have company-level one or personal one for example.
The other two, categories and labels are I think self-explanatory. It does all of the above at a fair, non-overburdening cost and offers great quality and security for the price you or your org pays.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it will be great if there are more seamless integrations with other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of scattered information by providing a single hub for your secrets.
Peace of Mind and Effortless Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how 1Password organizes everything in one secure location. The interface is clean, autofill is seamless across devices, and I no longer have to remember dozens of passwords. It gives a true feeling of peace of mind to know that all my logins, cards, and notes are protected but still easily accessible whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I really don't like with 1Password is that it does seem a little complicated to new users until they get used to the setup, particularly when creating shared vaults and syncing across devices. Sometimes the browser extension doesn’t recognize login fields out of the box, and that may be a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password resolves the problem of keeping in memory and managing dozens of complex passwords for different accounts. There was no more need to reuse weak passwords or store them insecurely; each of these ways reduced the risk of hacks or data breaches. It saves lots of time when it automatically fills in login details and securely stores sensitive information like credit cards and personal notes. To me, it brings peace of mind and makes online life much easier; I am able to focus on my work without compromising on security.
