Best Password Manager Hands Down
What do you like best about the product?
1Password makes it easy to forget about your passwords and focus on productivity. With the ease of a keyboard shortcut, you can easily fill in complicated passwords for all the websites you use without having to remember any of them. 1Password also makes it easy to securely create new passwords for your entire team without having to announce the password or post it in a location that is not secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using 1Password with your team, you need to be savvy enough to walk through the process of how your business is going to use the app. However, I would say that this is typical of any new product being used for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team no longer has to remember or share passwords in locations that are not secure. Password creation and submission is as easy as a keyboard shortcut.
Great for global team
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share passwords securely with a large team, and it makes two-step authentication easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some platforms support 1password better than others. For example, our shared Google account often prompts us to authenticate by phone rather than with the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to share passwords with a large, global team securely. Before, we had to call every time we shared a password. My personal account also makes my life a lot easier. I don't have to memorize passwords and two-step is a breeze.

- The Windows client has some issues with search functionality, it just freezes
- Cannot exclude reviewed data breaches from the list

The edit button can be improved by making it a bit bigger and situated where it can be easily seen.

What do you like best about the product?
Vaults and browser plugin. Much better UX than Lastpass

Main view could be much simpler when you have a lot of vaults
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords in a team. Generating new strong passwords for every service. Nobody has to invent new passwords. Passwords created by humans are weak and often reused.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of trial period. Try migration tools to migrate from Lastpass

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to organize passwords into groups, and the fact that you can save the website address and any security questions along with the login information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a member of a group to an already established vault, I think I need to test around to see how much more value I can get out of the platform. I've heard it has many abilities, but haven't been able to discover all of them on my own yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team password management is being solved by this platform allowing one place where we store all passwords that isn't an unorganized excel. We are able to split up accounts and allow access to specific team members who need access in each. Allows everyone the ability to update passwords in 1Password as needed as it changes who updates site passwords based on who logs in when the password needs changing due to timing.
1PW is so easy to use! I love its functionalities as well as the extra protection.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are a lot of options to choose from for the information that wanted to store in 1PW.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some logins that always asked me to enter everything again like the username and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always forgot my password for a specific site so this is very useful and very secured.

Vault sharing! It's very easy to custom share via departments.

Sign in via fingerprint on mac disappears
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing password sharing, onboarding/offboarding employees with great ease and security has been the largest advantage.
No more lockouts
What do you like best about the product?
That everyone on the team has access to what log ons they need and this reduces the lock outs for wrong passwords being used. The time saved is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some websites still do not allow auto fill, even with the Chrome extension 1Password X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of access to log ons, as staff are assigned to vaults that they need and no more writing password and logons on sticky notes and much less password resets. The time wasted with people getting locked out and coming to me for a reset we a lot, now this is minimal.
