Everyone we've worked with has been the smartest person we've ever encountered, yet they make complex data come alive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there has been a downside. Cost is always an issue, but far and away the best investment we've ever made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying customers needs and wants before they've clearly defined them for themselves. Heading off negative perception with course correction where applicable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely let someone from your team who is more fluent in Data Science ask questions, but don't let them lead the conversations - far and away, even your most experienced data person is light years behind these guys.
