Help when i most needed it, both in the tool and in the support behind the service.
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations for Github, Google Workspace and AWS.... it watches and notifies of needs along with remedies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if it were more aware of our specific application capabilities so that when i ask the AI questions that are more application context it would 'know' the answer beyond just policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me answer my customer security questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of the team, self-serve nature of the product, very well-organized product
What do you dislike about the product?
They could make the actual evidence gathering task itself easier (like Delve is doing now).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core of the product is the self-serve GRC. Once an evidence is attached, all relevant controls in all audit frameworks are taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the tool is very helpful, with everything you need in one place. The best part is their support team—they are always ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool does not update things properly, and we need to handle certain tasks separately with a little support. The cloud tests are very helpful but are not very reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is effectively addressing our overall compliance needs and helping us properly test our systems through detailed VAPT reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Dev is quick to respond to all of our requests and provides helpful feedback. The Scut platform is easy to use and organizes all of our security documents for reference in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get a better understanding of our current certificates and when they need to be renewed so we do not miss any deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut allows us to understand what evidence we need to provide for a given security audit and provides a good outline of what is required. We also rely on Dev and his team to provide us with templates and information.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut Platform was simple to use and clearly laid out what needed to be completed. This made is very easy to stay on task and ensure that the correct steps were being completed.

Some features were hard to find, or seemed like it could be organized better

Scrut centralized our focus on completing our IT Security audits and compliance checks. Their assistance and knowledge with performing internal and external audits were also greatly appreciated

The Scrut automation was really helpful for us to achieve the SOC 2 type 2 report.

As such there was nothing that we have dislike about the Scrut

Most of the issues related to the cloud test have been easily detected using the Scrut automation platform. It was really helpful for us to identify the vulnerabilities of our backend.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut Automation platform has immensely helped us in maintaining and implementing all the policies and risks associated with our organization. The dedicated customer support was one of the key factors why we chose the Scrut. Their dashboard also has a lot of automation features. It's quite easy to use and also the intergation with other third party is also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my observation, we have not encountered any such issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut has helped us in solving most of the critical components that were minor yet very crucial to be neglected.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut basically in automation tool that help us in creating and maintaining all the documents which are required for the soc2 report however this tools is much helpful for small startups to scale their business and get their documentation as earliest possible.

I have not encountered any such a incidence so far.

Scrut automation has help us to maintain the vendors and their associated risk along with that it is also help us to automate the test that can help us identify critical vulnerability of our system.

The team was great to work with, they met all our needs and went above and beyond to make the experience as streamline for us as possible.

The platform had a couple bugs at time but the team was communicative and quick to fix.

The compliance landscape is hard to navigate, their guidance made it easy.
