Very Easy to use and user friendly as well

Sorry i have not disliked anything as it helped us to maintain the system and process in the work / tasks that we were doing.

getting the systems and processes into the work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of the Scrut Automation is that they have a supportive and talented team that assists in every aspect. Additionally, they have a well-streamlined process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some challenges with having proper guidelines while preparing the documentation part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is providing us a platform and guidance for compliance of ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type Audit
Simplifies Compliance and Security Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut makes compliance management extremely simple and transparent. The automated evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and integrations with cloud platforms and ticketing systems significantly reduce manual effort. The UI is clean, intuitive, and makes audits far less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Occasionally, integration syncs may take time, but the support team is quick to respond and resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helps us stay on top of ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance. It has streamlined our audit preparation process and drastically reduced back-and-forth with auditors. The ability to map controls, track evidence status, and assign responsibilities gives complete visibility and improves team accountability.
Tedious but helpful with the right task manager
What do you like best about the product?
It definitely has to be the Successful completion of all certifications and Damini's help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us a while to attain the certification we had to repay again because of the time invested since the policy drafting was quite a cumbersome process. Also, our task managers kept changing quite a few times. Finally, when Damini was assigned to us somehow she helped us fast track everything and help in attainment.
If policy drafting can be done a lot more meticulously we would have definitely appreciated and this would have fast tracked our process by a couple of months.
Lastly, there has been a constant invoice issue from accounts team's end even though we had done the required stuff from our end. Again, Damini stepped in to help. So, perhaps accounts teams' coordination with other departments should be worked on.
If policy drafting can be done a lot more meticulously we would have definitely appreciated and this would have fast tracked our process by a couple of months.

Policy Management, Implementation of a number of required contorls at our workplace, Privacy and confidentiality etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The policy templates and templates for evidence tasks were extremely helpful. We had a dedicated resource we could communicate with daily, if needed, to help us address our gaps in our security profile. Overall, I found Scrut to be a complete platform covering our needs to achieve SOC 2 Type II and ISO27001:2022 compliance. We were able to manage our GDPR and HIPAA compliance as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few things that I think could have been explained better in the materials. We encountered a few bugs in the platform. Having pre-filled vendor assessments for common vendors like Microsoft Azure and HubSpot would have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is identifying the gaps we have in our security profile and helping us align our resources to fill those gaps. Before Scrut, it was a struggle to answer complex security questionnaires from potential customers. Now that we have a better handle on what is and is not needed to manage our security, we can answer those questions much faster. The Scrut AI feature helps greatly with that, by referencing our actual approve policies to automatically pre-fill answers to the security questions we receive.

User-Friendly GRC Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation offers a easy-to-navigate interface that simplifies complex compliance processes. It has significantly reduced our manual effort in managing audits, policies, and risk assessments. Real-time dashboards are super useful. Their support team is responsive and address the queries with patience.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t encountered anything negative. I haven’t explored all the features yet to comment on potential limitations. As I use it more, I’ll be in a better position to give detailed feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is helping us streamline our compliance journey by organizing documentation, managing controls, and tracking audit readiness in one place. It reduces the manual effort typically required during audits and brings more structure and visibility to compliance processes. Even though I haven’t explored all features, the platform and support team have made it easier to approach frameworks like SOC 2 with confidence.
