What do you like best about the product?
The step by step process and systematic approach helped us in achieving the certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a GUI dashboard would be helpful to the stage we are at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us achieve SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance in a smooth step by step process. Otherwise it looked like a huge task to achieve for us.

How simple was to setup the tool and how helpful the teams was when we had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small issue when dealing with timezones, as the team was based in India and we needed some answers during AU business hours. Luckily they were able to accommodate

What do you like best about the product?
We were completely new to the compliance world and scrut team helped us throughout really effectively. The entire process took less than 3 months for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The policies documentation could have been little better, there were small little erros in some of the docs nothing major but it is something to improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut automation platform has almost all the fetures required by an orgaisation for their compliances. The platform helps us to on the top of stuff. The constant cloud monitoring help us take actions actively.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut platform provides templates and tools that cover all controls related to ISO requirements, which helped us getting ISO certification

There is nothing to dislike , maybe there can be a knowledge base for all evidences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Scrut automation team helped PixDynamics to receive ISO 27001:2002 within a short period of time compared to normal processes.
Great platform for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Platform and service combination. The team is very helpful in making startups like Refresh aware of the complex SoC landscape. The platform provides an easy mechanism to establish necessary policies and capture evidence. Integrations are effective in reducing overall work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of templates based on the nature and maturity of the business. The platform has a one-size-fits-all approach. The Scrut team helps alleviate some of these issues but having models by size and industry would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup navigating the compliance landscape is a challenge. We chose to utilize SoC audit as a good benchmark to establish practices at the outset. Scrut was a great partner in enabling this and ensuring ongoing maintenance and compliance.
