Scrut is very important tool for an organization for security purposes. Scrut team also helps in imporve productivity and user satisfaction.

It could be better if evidence collection had an automation on its own.

Quiz session was very interactive. Recieved regular notifications on pending trainings which was helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the pleasure of working with SCRUT, and I must say, it was an absolute delight.. The Service they provided exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend SCRUT for anyone looking for quality and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there may be room for enhancement in communication. There were instances where responses seemed a bit delayed , which occasionally caused a bit of confusion on my part. Strengthening communication channels could greatly enhance the customer experience.
