What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly support system. Earlier i was working with other organisation where i was also a part of this ISO certification and that experience was very tedious and lengthy but here with Scrut my experience is smooth and seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said, earlier i had a very bad experience with other vendor so here with scrut there is no dislikes as such

Scrut Automation is helping us to be compliant always with ISO, SOC 2 and GDPR. We are looking forward to get the certification asap.

Scrut impressed me with its intuitive and user-friendly platform, making security compliance accessible even for early-stage startups. Their flexible payment terms are another plus for bootstrapped businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform excels in usability, two areas could be enhanced:
Faster response times: I encountered delays in receiving answers to my questions. Streamlining support responses would improve the overall experience.
Enhanced onboarding: Adding guided tours or short example videos within the platform could clarify requirements and accelerate understanding, especially for new users.

User interface needs to be improved in many ways - look and feel, performance and better configurable dashboard

Mapping across security and privacy frameworks saves us a lot of time spent in collecting and generating evidence. Timely reminders are also expected to get us ready for any scrutiny on time or before time!

The support from the team. Whenever required they were ready to connect & clear our doubts on time.

- Under policies and evidences the drafts are mainly targeted prodcut companies. Can include service based company related documents.
- requirments are mostly related to product companies & we are marking most of them as irrelevant and it is time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
Received good support from Scrut team on Policies relating to ISO and SOC2. The templates provided helped us close the process on a fast pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
More elaboration on Evidences required would be helpful. We did not understand the purpose of Test Now button in cloud as its supposed to be automated .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us understand and shape our IT Security and Governance policies to be compliant and trustworthy.

We have maintained our ISO and SOC 2 certifications for 2 continuous years and it has been a very smooth journey using the platform. The team makes sure that the implementation process is smooth and on time.

The risk management and vendor management can be more simplified for new users.
