Great tool with highly supportive team
What do you like best about the product?
- The team is so helpful, supportive and guiding
- A list of predefined policies is provided which makes it very easy to finish the process with small changes
- The UI is easy to navigate, implement and integrate
- Weekly check-in allows moving forward very quick

What do you dislike about the product?
- Not a dislike but more of a point for improvement. Some of the remediate suggestions could have more clear remediation steps. Although the assigned support team helps resloving all steps with extreme speed

It is helping us getting SOC compliant.

Policies are quire good on platforn and it is very organise.

The support provided by the team is extremely good, we never really get stuck anywhere as the platform is intuitive and the team is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Scrut team is quiet adamant about timelines and are very persuasive in terms of finishing tasks on time.

Scrut GRC platforms provide a centralized hub for managing various governance, risk, and compliance functions within our organization.

It was all good. We didn't encounter any bad experiences or situations with Scrut.

Standardised process for any certification and centralised dashboard of maintenance of all items pertaining to every certification.
Certain processes which overalap across certifications we don't need to revisit them once audited.
The tool is a boon for remote companies as you can share the link with all employees to download the application and it automatically checks for discrepancies.

Not a downside but human intervention is needed for followup with every person to complete the required automation check on their machines

It has helped us reduce the turn around time required to be audit ready thus leading to faster compliance for the desired standards.
