What do you like best about the product?
Its a good tool where we find all the automation needed and great support from scrut team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few enhancements has to be updated , hope the scrut team is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving a great compliance reports as per industry standard and this helps us for all the audits related to security compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud scans and Risk management is something that helped us . Automating such process is what we looked in early stages. The continual support of Scrut team helped us achieve our compliance

Enhanced cloud scanning could be option. Faster delivery of reports

Scrut has been helping us in automation journey. The manual tasks and compliance such as Risk compliance, Vendor compliance have been made easy.

I appreciate the ease of use and implementation, along with excellent customer support. Scrut Automation offers a wide range of features and integrates seamlessly.

Generally great, I wish it offered more advanced reporting capabilities in cloud part.

Scrut Automation is benefiting us by streamlining our processes, reducing manual work, and improving efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut dashboard streamlined our task completion process and provided a clear, holistic view of our compliance status, thereby enhancing our efficiency and oversight capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface has room for improvement. For example, In certain places like the evidence task section, the applied filters are reset once we go back from a task detail page.
If we could show the entire title while hovering over a task in the list it would be great. The title is being truncated inside the task detail page as well.

This outstanding platform is instrumental in helping us achieve SOC 2 certification. Its features and capabilities provide us with the necessary tools to streamline processes, manage risks, and ensure the security and privacy of customer data. With this intuitive platform, we can confidently navigate the SOC 2 certification journey, establishing a foundation of trust and reliability.

The standout feature of Scrut Automation for me has been its user-friendly interface, which significantly lowers the entry barrier for new users. I am particularly impressed with the seamless integration capabilities that allow us to connect with various other tools and platforms effortlessly, enhancing our productivity. The auditor has been exemplary, with quick response times and helpful, knowledgeable staff. The frequent updates and new features show a commitment to continuous improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrut Automation is an outstanding tool that has greatly simplified our workflow. However, if there's one aspect that could see improvement, it would be the policy console. While it gets the job done, I feel that its user interface could be made more intuitive.

easily accessible, adaptive, updates industry standard frameworks.

framework controls list downloading option is missing, cloud scans could be more enhanced.

Risk management and Vendor assessment, even the audits on different entities were being done manually and this tool has helped us to some extent.
Simple, straightforward, and secure!
What do you like best about the product?
We got our ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA compliance with Scrut. The platform is sopisticated & easy to use. Their team also helped me and my organization in the onboarding process by handholding our team through the certification. Additionally, it works great with our existing ecosystem! Our work was cut out for us, and everything else was automated, with 24x7 monitoring and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am nitpicking here, but sometimes, the platform runs into minor issues that may delay your work. Worst case scenario, you're stuck for a few hours. Otherwise, there are no major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our enterprise clients expect the highest security standards for our product. Scrut helped us acquire CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance, and ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.
