This team stands out as the finest. Their support makes your tasks more manageable. Navigating through the evidence tasks can be overwhelming, but the Scrut team's proficiency alleviates the challenges. The portal facilitates tracking and sharing of all relevant tasks among your team members.

I've yet to encounter any significant issues with the service so far.

Scrut streamlines compliance, serving as a one-stop solution. It replaces the need for ten disparate apps, simplifying our business processes and eliminating unnecessary back-and-forth interactions.

Nothing, there process is ease of implementation and they have the best customer service.

They hand-hold you through the entire process.

Things could have been somewhat faster. We started in July and we are finally there :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC-2 Compliance requires reviewing 40+ items across IT, HR, Users, etc. Scrut was excellent at hand holding, guiding and providing templates as needed. We strengthened security of our Cloud platform and amongst other things.

While there's not much to dislike about the platform, it would be beneficial to incorporate project management functionality. Having features like follow-up alerts could enhance the platform's utility for users, adding a layer of organization and efficiency to the overall experience.

They provide excellent tools for VAPT, and guide us on the steps to take for ISO compliance .

Scrut automation is a user-friendly application, which helped us to access tasks of monitoring certification progress. It provided a centralized platform where all relevant data, milestones, and documentation was easily accessible.The platform is really built good with inbuilt capabilities when it comes to editing and modification of policies.

Overall Scrut is a good platform, but Dashboard can be improved.
