Auto-answerable security to a questionnaire is not available. Hope it will be coming up soon.

no problems with the technology at all.. from time to time, internal audits were a bit confusing-- felt like questions we were asking were not being responded to.. clearly a comprehension issue

The Vendor Management part is great, as is the Customer Support. The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Integration part could have been better
It would be better if more options like template sample to be added in the evidence collection part.

Some of the controls we were previously managing manually have now been automated. Sending questionnaires and raising issues to third parties for more adequate samples of evidence has become easier.

Desgined not only for common industry standards, but also for indian regulatory standards.

The team is very supportive and are always available for help. The certification process would have been a real nightmare without scrut. The platform offers a hawks eye view of the progress, and its really useful.

I understand its an evolving platform; and there are a lot of room for improvement in the UX part.
