What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. I am in general nit-picky about external partners and agencies, but haven't been able to find anything to complain about so far across the last 7 months of working together with Scrut.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped Hallparty for SAR DL, Cert-in VAPTs and is also helping us to get the audit ready for ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.

we have experienced a few glitches in the login. But the scrut team has been very helpful and have resolved the issues quickly

The document editor requires enhancements and still falls short of being a substitute to MS Word.

The vendor management tool and risk management tool have helped in automating the process. The audit centre has made internal audits seamless.

GCP integration was loopy at first but multiple back and forth the issues were resolved.

* UI/UX can be improved. For eg. , assigning evidences from listing page rather going to each.

Scrut is helping us procure and manage compliances such as SOC, GDPR and ISO. These compliances help us improve our IT Security and build trust within our customers to implement our product at their organizations without any threat to their security.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut automation is a great tool to use, easy to implement. Great team and ease of access to Internal auditors and best platform to manage policies and evidence. Sree and team have been of great help. Clean UI and multiple tools integrated in one. Excellent customer support, quick response time. Detailed user help guided.

Sometimes users are not synchronized to complete ISMS. Issue resolved in 20-25 mins

Srut automation solved biggest issue for any IT compliance/audit of gathering and managing policies and evidences. Scrut is a single platform to manage and assess vendors, ISMS, Security awareness and Policy acceptance.
