What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience was good. The team made sure that the compliance process was smooth for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I found was that the team became a bit complacent toward the end of the project but once the issue was highlighted, they resolved everything and reacted proactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to become HIPAA compliant and were a bit clueless about all the requirements and the guidelines. Scrut made the whole compliance process easy for us.

Vendor Management and Automation modules i liked best and it is helped us to complete the assessments

The risk Management Module needs a bit of improvement as it lacks enterprise risk management capabilities

Scrut Automation module Kai helped us fill out the Questioner Automatically with the help of AI.

The team was very friendly, always ready to help, and had a lot of valuable insight to the many questions we had. It was good to know having strong support and guidance throughout the process.

Some minor bumps with the tool. The few issues were addressed and solved quickly.

Going through several certifications simultaneously with having a strong partner on our side. The tool also helps manage various processes all at once.
