We found that the process for feature requests on the dashboard was not as straightforward. It would be beneficial if Scrut Automation could consider streamlining this aspect to enhance user customization and overall satisfaction.

KAI tool. This was one of the best feature i have used. With this, i was able to fill the customer questionnaire responses easily.

Notifications for vendor responses could have been enabled.

Team was very helpful in guiding us in what is required, what we need to impove, what to track, how to report it, how to bring in more process. This helped us get certifications faster. Platform is easy to use. Implementation and integrations was a breeze. Customer support team was best. We loved the features provided to track our compliance steps was helpful. Frequent meetings with Scrut team helped us track the progress were helpful. Our team used to track the progress on regular basis.

One stop solution for getting compliant on ISO, GDPR, etc. Really appreciate timely support from the Scrut team, which is helping to achieve the ISO rating.

Export option to Excel would certainly help. Also it is time consuming to filter out each department and their tasks.

The frameworks used in the audit was smooth and easy to implement. The user interface was good and it was easy for any person to understand and use it.

please include the feature of browsing the files from the system as it is required for uploading the documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While doing the audit, all the controls and explanation are there in one places. There was no need to share different files with different departments. Access was given to all the department and they were able to upoload the evidences. The process and policies were kept in one place for the authorised users to use and showcase to the clients wherever required.
