Good experience with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
The CSM was very good and had helped us in almost all possible ways. Their team helped us for ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1 Audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can be improved in a lot of manners, a few things were under development. Rest a good platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us in Gap assessment for the ISO and PCI DSS Audits.
Scrut is a wonderful tool for managing risk and governance

It constantly releases new features that helps us boost our compliance management

I can confidently say that I have not faced any issues with Scrut
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For SoC faced the High engaged report that GIve you breilfy Understand the VAPT.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy process when it comes to compiling the required evidences and policies for compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I did not face any difficulties while using the Scrut Platform

Scrut helped us to get through the entire certification process by providing next level of support.

Their availability for any sort of supports.

There is no complaints so far from Scrut team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting our entrie complaince from cloud to offline process on a single platform where we can easily track and figure out the non compliance areas.

What do you like best about the product?
The training was simple and easy to use, the platform is clean and so again easy to understand and use and the team has been helpful at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Largely works well, no major concerns. i do believe some step step by break down for staff/users on how to access/troubleshoot for trainings would help.

Scrit is helpig us achieve our security compliance needs
Very professional and supportive
What do you like best about the product?
Very organised project management, clear communication of expectations, timelines and tracking. ISO compliance is a huge project and Scrut breaks it up nicely into different buckets of action items to improve execution speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are in the process of implementation, we have not identified any downsides yet, but will need more time and experience with the platform to learn more about it.

ISO Compliance, Security Posture and Policy definition, IT Asset management, Identifying AWS configuration gaps

Quick TAT for any kind of query and resolution. The tool is failr simple even for a new user to get along.

1. Brief explanation of the evidence tasks on the portal itself

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut team helped us in asessing the VAPT and compliance requirements for internal/ext audit and certification requirements. The process was quick and team was really approachable, ready to assist at any point of time during the process.

ISMS quiz was very infortmative and it help me to understand the security posture in the organisation.

At the quiz I did not face any issues and completed the quiz easily.

Security Review with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about the Scrut Automation is the UI platform they provide. The UI provides clear picture of risk in our cloud environment further they also help in mitigating those security risks to make our infrastructure secure .
What do you dislike about the product?
The VAPT can also be added in the UI platform so that user perform these exercise by just clicking on buttons instead of maitaining sheets for everything .

Scrut helped us by doing a security review for our infrastructure which helped us in getting ISO27001 , SOC2 certificates . Moreover it also helped in making our infrastructure more secure .
