What do you dislike about the product?
No hard dislikes but they could work on improving their pre-evaluation FAQs and checklist for audits. What they had provided was great but a few things could have been added there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we do not have an inhouse security and compliance team Scrut acts as an extended team for us. They monitor all possibe of security risks for us and help us getting compliant to them including going through vendor assesments.

The training part was very productive, as it tells you all about Information Security which is very important.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few hiccups were faced like the loading of platform issue, and the loading of training but these issues were resolved by the Scrut team..

The product made it simple for us to achieve the complicated ones. The combination of both Product and Services were tailored well, which helped us in getting the know the requirements and gap where we standing.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is always a demanding market, no matter when you have started, but the expectation is always to the current requirements. I think Scrut just needs to monitor that and keep up meeting those demands to stay on race.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the requirements of achieving various compliance levels and as well meet certain standards. Scrut made this simple to know what is required and what are the gaps, which helped us in filling those gaps and meet the compliance levels.

It was very easy to interact with the Scrut team throughout the process. The platform was easy to use and navigate.

Back and forth with the document collections can be reduced a little. Nevertheless wasn't a challenge

Springworks got certified with ISO 27001, 27701, SOC II and GDPR with the help of Scut we were able to set up our processes as per international standards.

As to maintain compliance in a company, have knowledge and process in place is important and Srcut provides tools and help in setting up processes to manage all the compliance

The formulated Action Plan stood out for its exceptional clarity and organization. This made the implementation process seamless, allowing for effective tracking and execution of tasks that significantly enhanced the product.

Further comprehensive audits can be conducted to address finer details and refine them for future implementations and enhancements. Scrut Software in very instances had technical glitches which was rectified asap after reporting.

Leveraging Scrut Automation enabled us to attain security compliance, positioning our product for a comprehensive audit that enhances our software across all aspects.
