Integrations made simple!
What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut Team were all on their toes to get Clientell audit ready for the standard operats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any downside as of now in Scrut, the team was very supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helps Clientell for ISO audits.
We got compliant very quickly and safely
What do you like best about the product?
We did our security training with the help of the platform which was completed very quickly with ISMS policies and ISMS PPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quiz was not visible few times but after a few try I was able to complete the quiz.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clientell is getting SOC2, GDPR compliant
Security Posture was completed for ISO27001 very quickly and swiftly
What do you like best about the product?
We were asked to complete the ISMS training from the Scrut platform. The quiz was small with the ppt which was very informative, completed the training without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there were no issues while completing the training. I completed it swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FocusU completed ISO27001.

None so far. Everything has been great in my experience

They helped us with all the hardware and software asset security. They told us about the risk management and team management.

1. Language in some of the places could be a bit simpler. There were some parts that took me more time than usual

Scrut has been partnering with us for process compliance and ISO Certification in ensuring our IT security is best in class.
Clear process and straightforward integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The team at scrut was fastedious with the approach by sharing a project plan and sticking to it. They were constantly available to resolve queries that we had and guided us every time we felt blocked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The colours used for indicating different sections are sometimes misleading. For example the policy status was 100% but still shown as amber (causing a bit of confusion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers shared a long questionnaire when they were only potential customers. We were able to fill such questionnaires quickly only because we were already engaged with SCRUT answering similar questions through their process.
A perfect platform for ISO Certification in terms of GRC perspective.
What do you like best about the product?
Like it was a new experience for me with this process. In my opinion, the whole process was very smooth. I learned a lot of things in this process. The whole team of Scrut Automation was very supportive throughout the whole journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal opinion, it was a very good learning experience working on the Scrut platform. I had a few learnings about security perspective and there was no dislike as such by Scrut Automation Platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is helping the organization to tell where there can be security breaches on the organization's data. So I found it very useful as this is very problematic if it is done manually.

Found the platform and their team Super fast and easy for a startup like us

Risk module needs to be upgraded to make it user friendly

Automatically detecting cloud configurations and identifying areas of improvement to make internal and external audits smooth

What do you like best about the product?
Very structrured process with a great SaaS tool to support the journey of certification. Scrut has great collection of templates to make the policy compliance process super quick. Also a great team of customer facing representatives!

Document version management is becoming more easier now and maybe Scrut can improve their tool to manage document version changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gig and Take is getting compliant for ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR and CCPA

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us to achieve SOC2 Type2 complaince with the help of Scrut GRC tools, it was pretty intutive on the tool in terms of complaince perspective.
Currently we just completed the complaince audit and we are yet to assess the peformance of the business.
