Easy, fast and safe
What do you like best about the product?
Veriff offers a seamless and efficient user experience in identity validation, completing the process in just seconds. With just a few steps, it minimizes friction and improves conversion. In addition, its risk labels provide key information for fraud management. A fast and secure solution for identity verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is limited, some texts and messages can not be changed or edited at the time of implementing the solution. The product is very standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veriff is a key solution for our digital credit fintech, allowing us to validate the client's identity quickly and securely. It verifies that the person requesting is who they say they are, ensuring the authenticity of the document with facematch. In addition, its fraud mitigation tools strengthen the security of our platform.
Veriff an excelent product, they can improve in some things but generally good.
What do you like best about the product?
The KYC solution is very efficient, also the new information about the device, and risk labels is very useful to us.
Our Account manager is very helpful and always is very kind with us.

It is one of the KYC providers more expensive than others.
When they make a mistake in some sessions, they only apologize but this mistakes implies money to the company,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veriff is our current KYC provider, and also the risk labels it is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Veriff offers a very simple and clear interface where you can easily find everything. Both developers and support agents can easily find all the information they need.

I haven't really run into any problems yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents identity fraud and underaged users on our platform.

How they optimise the the flow it is ease of Implementation. Now we have user who are verified which helps us keep the abusive users away.

The price should be able to be open source so everyone could help building it and using it

What do you like best about the product?
Your Customer Support and Account team is simply awesome! Integration and usage was quite easy, any bugs found were addressed swiftly. Feature-wise it is quite good, we managed to get our case covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security can be a hole: video collection and uncropped images could be a serious violation of privacy and result in lawsuits. Also I think that with explosive growth of LLMs and managed solutions in main cloud providers, at some point you might need to drop down the pricing to stay competitive.

The lack of a case management feature to track work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Veriff Bloclist feature enables us to implement and manage controls for our internally sanctioned clients. This lessens the need for manual detection and potential loss.
Veriff as a great tool for ID verification
What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed review of ID verifications and the explanation of the ID verification score. This makes my daily work easier and helps me succeed in preventing and detecting fraudulent users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if Veriff could detect AI generated verifications better, as we see quite a few of them being approved with the highest score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the verifications of users on our platform and is showing us which users are legit and which are not. It is helping us catching the fraudsters and keeping the financial losses for the company at bay.
Veriff has been incredibly reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability. We have never had to reach out to them in the last year about any API downtime or unexpected behavior. I've been very impressed by this becaue for other partners, we sometimes have to reach out due to service downtime.
Additionally, implementation was very straightforward for our Engs. The documentation was very clear and the SDK was very user-friendly. It's clear that Veriff invests a lot of time into their user's experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, to be very honest. Veriff has been really amazing for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Veriff to verify our customer's ID document, complete liveness checks, and also do fraud detection using the information extracted from the ID and other data points. Veriff gives us confidence that a user who passes the KYC flow is actually who they say they are.
I work with Veriff daily in our product development.

simplicity for users, allowing us to provide a quick onboarding. In addition, the checks themselves are also done very quickly.

That no RTW files are possible so we have to take this to another partner. 1 partner would have been nicer
