What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are that it decreases fraud activity within our business by providing cutting edge ID&V featureas that suit our organisation.Was easy to set up and use. Intgretaed within our business model seamlessly which is good as we constanly tap into the servide provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside really. Responses times to queries could be quicker. Customer support could be quicker anmd more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved the company money as we have not had to design and build our own solution.

Regarding the product, it has a smooth user experience, which helps reduce friction in onboarding processes, something crucial for fintech companies. Additionally, its technology for detecting potential fraud has helped us make better decisions. Regarding their services, they have trained staff who help you and are attentive to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs, since their fees can be high for startups. Also, services dependent on other providers like CURP and RENAPO consultation, which often have constant failures.

One of the best tools for identity verification
What do you like best about the product?
It has checks for the documents that are being attempted to upload at the moment, for example, validity, if it is still current, if it displays correctly, if it is of good quality, etc. As well as the attention from the support area who are always attentive and try to help with any questions. Its ease of use and implementation, as it contains a detailed guide of all the functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the processing speed may take a little longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot with the issue of identity verification and to reduce the number of identity documents that can be rejected for not meeting the characteristics required for the business. Also, to detect fake documents or identity impersonation.

Friendly, smooth, easy to integreate
What do you like best about the product?
Veriff has a lot of good features, I really like that they were ready with different approaches for integrate it in your system. In my experience, I am using the flutter plugin and it works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, I think only the access for archive items. But you still have the chance to request them for this info if needed. But maybe this is not the main scope of the use case of their features so is ok.

I love to quickly know if a potential client meets the minimum criteria (both legal and internal policy).

Sometimes a single client has many sessions, and each one costs me money.

That in the lending business there is too much potential for fraud, and that is very costly. Including Veriff in the flow solves both problems for us in an API.

What do you like best about the product?
Veriff provides quick and automated ID verification, making the process seamless for both businesses and users. Veriff supports a wide range of ID documents from multiple countries, making it a great choice for businesses with international users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does what we need it to do. There really aren't any downsides from my perspective as a fraud prevention investigator. The only addition that I would love to see would be automatic translation of dialogue in the videos. We have a lot of international clients and it would be very helpful to know what some of these people are saying to others during the video portion.

Veriff is solving identity verification challenges by providing a fast, secure, and automated way to verify users' identities online. For our company specifically, we have issues related to customers using other people's identification to sign up and we also have issues with banned customers coming back. Veriff helps to stop both of these things.

A Unreliable support system
What do you like best about the product?
Their are problems in reaching their support. The user interface need improvements to make it more user friendly. Having customization options and a simple ticketing system is benefical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Veriffs services are not be ideal for short term use. If youre uncertain about long term needs it can result in wasted time and resources for both parties involved.

Veriffs eliminates the issue of identity fraud and somewhat ensuring the authenticity of our customers claims. Pricing model is high. It is not able to solve problems and there is wastage of resources previously spent on manual verification processes.
