What do you like best about the product?
The holistic intelligence makes monitoring the threat posture easier. The dashboards are
smooth and offer critical insights with simpler presentation. The tool is easy to navigate
and offers multiple dashboards to track different threat categories. Intelligence comes
with all the necessary information like timeline, past breaches, sources, and impact
scoring. They also helped us monitor and discover vulnerabilities in mobile applications
and the proper remediation plans to fix the issues. The CVE tracker is efficient in
discovering vulnerabilities with the timeline and source code.

The support team is a great help but needs to get back to the queries a bit faster.

The URL analyzer has been a great help in discovering indicators around an attack and tracking IPs, and domain information. The Vendor risk questionnaire streamlines security assessment, making the threat identification and remediation process more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution includes a number of user-friendly dashboards for tracking particular security threats. It is simple to keep an eye on the EASM, brand risk, and security rating data. We were also able to monitor vendor communications, mitigation progress, and questionnaire status on their dashboard. It enabled us to keep an eye on our high-risk vendors' security status, threats, and remediation strategy in real time. The remediation process is more effective because of the risk rating and prioritization. For a complete security setup, they also provide a variety of integration choices for various tools and services utilized in your company.

Its the best security solution. Has helped us in managing external as well as internal threats efficiently. It can also be used to manage multiple members at a time. Also offers data points with necessary details which can lead in beneficial in informed decision making. In addition the price is also plays a very major as its good and suitable.

Our team hasn't found any flaws till now. But dashboard sometimes presents more data points than needed.

RiskProfiler solves many cybersecurity issues but the key one are brand protection, Cloud API vulnerabilities detection, externally facing asset vulnerabilities detection, and dark web monitoring all in one dasboard.
