What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of RiskProfiler's incident response is immediacy. Within hours of setup, we were getting alerts on supplier vulnerabilities and suspicious domains mimicking our brand. That early warning system has shortened our detection-to-response cycle dramatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a dedicated mobile app. For incidents that happen outside office hours, being tied to a desktop slows the first review.

Their vendor risk and compliance assessments are a huge help, but more customization options would make them even better for suppliers with diverse profiles.

The initial configuration is quick, completes within an hour. We were already seeing alerts roll in. Plenty of integration options for a broad security posture.

More advanced filtering or automation in alert noise reduction would help avoid repetitive triage for know issues.
