What do you like best about the product?

Checkmk excels in its comprehensive monitoring capabilities, covering everything from network devices and servers to applications and cloud services. The auto-discovery feature is a huge time-saver, and the customizable dashboards provide excellent visibility into our infrastructure's health. The scalability is also a major plus, allowing us to monitor a growing environment effectively. The check plugin ecosystem is vast, meaning we can monitor almost anything we need to.

What do you dislike about the product?

While incredibly powerful, the initial learning curve for some of the more advanced configuration options and custom check development can be a bit steep for new users. Sometimes, troubleshooting very specific or niche monitoring issues can require a deeper dive into the documentation or community forums. The UI, while functional, could benefit from some modernization in certain areas to improve the overall user experience, especially for less technical users.
