Easy to use and very powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty easy to get into monitoring using checkmk and its powerful and customizable to match every need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit hard to find the right ruleset due to so many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to decrease the amount of time of maintaining our customers servers and gives us the possibility to detect potential issues that might occur in the near future.

It's open! Ou can read the code (python) and understan how the application work and write own extension very flexible and easy in every way

At the moment the new nternal api's changes but thos is to become more stable and better in the future
