Checkmk - eine sehr gute Allround Monitoring Lösung

Die vielen Monitoring Lösungen und die sehr gute Erweiterbarkeit auf kundeneigene Bedürfnisse
What do you dislike about the product?
Es gibt eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten, die man manchmal vermisst. Gut das man diese dann einfach ergänzen kann und häufig auch in den späteren Releases im Lieferumfang findet.

Überblick über den Infrastruktur und Anwendungsstatus mindestens genauso schnell wie der Anwender erhalten.

Intuitive Monitoring Software with great expandability
What do you like best about the product?
Checkmk is great when you need to monitor many aspects of a network. It supports many different Services and Hosts straight out of the Box. When thats not the case, you can expand it with the help that is provided in the forums and the documentation. Also the Web GUI is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is really a thing that not great about checkmk, at least for me. It's a bit tricky to get into, but once you are working with checkmk for an advanced period of time, you'll get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates many different services and hosts into one big site. Everything ar one place.

We have been using Checkmk for many years.
The installation itself for both the server and the agent is very simple and quick.
The default limit values set are perfectly adequate for a standard environment.
It is impossible to imagine our everyday life without Checkmk. My first step in the morning is to check the dashboard to see if there are any problems or faults.
The community is also very helpful and you can already find posts and solutions to most problems in forums.
I can only really recommend Checkmk to everyone.

There is only one negative point regarding Checkmk.
So far there is no support for ARM CPUs. However, it has already been announced that this is already being worked on.

Since we started using Checkmk, we have had fewer critical problems because we are warned in advance that a problem is about to occur.

I really like that you can use use checkmk for so many purposes. It is highly flexible and scriptable.

There is no right click menu in the web interface.

Huge Infrastructure Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, easy to teach. Managing hosts is quite straightforward and user friendly. Creating our own local checks is also beginner friendly and we can manage more than a hundred thousand hosts with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard creation can be a bit sluggish, dashboards also seem to have quite the impact on the tool's performance.
