CloudKeeper has been a very helpful partner in helping us better understand and optimize our cloud costs. The team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and honesty in their approach.

There is nothing significant that I dislike about CloudKeeper so far.

CloudKeeper helps us improve visibility and control over our AWS cloud costs while identifying concrete optimization opportunities. Most importantly, they help us reduce our overall cloud spend through better resource optimization and additional savings. Their expertise allows us to make more informed infrastructure decisions, control costs more effectively, and focus our internal resources on our core technology and business priorities.

Their seemless dashboard which give bird's eye view on the usage

For our business, Cloudkeeper is basically helping us solve the challenge of being a better partner for AWS, and it also acts as a provider for the same. Whenever we have questions related to this, they get addressed and resolved as well.

I like good, knowledgeable team and promptly response provide.

Help in S3 migration and also in AWS Elastic IP transfer related issue

In my experience i observed that CK team was very prompt to respond to questions and follow-up post meeting to resolve the issues or address concerns,

They are helping to me rationalize my Could expenditure

As I’m used to (and a bit addicted to) AWS Cost Explorer, the CK dashboard’s pricing calculation feels different compared to it. It also seems more advanced in some ways, so I’m kind of disliking that difference, but it’s still good to have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudKeeper has delivered clear value on several fronts: the AWS discount, Prism for SSO login (with permission sets that are far easier to configure than in AWS-native SSO) and Lens for better cloud-cost visibility. Their support team is also responsive with quick turnaround and we get a dedicated resource whenever a cost increase occurs.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how CloudKeeper provides a clear and detailed breakdown of service-wise costs, which makes it easy to understand spending. The usage-based cost insights are especially helpful for identifying where resources are being utilized. Their support for tag-based cost segregation is a big advantage, particularly when managing multiple products within the same AWS account. It helps in maintaining better cost visibility and accountability across teams. Additionally, the CloudKeeper support team is responsive and helpful

not about dislike, may be if they give recommendation for resources utilization based on time range that will help.

cost visibility is good

WAR excercise setup was simple and the report was quite simple and elaborative.

I have worked with various team members so far I have very good experience

CloudKeeper gave reselling discount on our GCP billing that helped us really good.

The cost recommendations were really good, and what I liked most was how they were able to find even the small, unnoticed cost anomalies.

For now, the things are good. Hoping for the bast in future

The main issues are cost savings and unused resources. However, in the latest report there were security findings as well, which was good...

I would specially talk about Lens & Tuner and the amount of granularity and information it gives.

Nothing as of now. We are happy with the services.

They are giving visibility to our accounts and resources and suggestions on how to optimize it.
