Product user as a publisher admin, school admin, teacher, and student
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides using the MagicBox:
First as a Publisher Admin, the Publisher admin helps me a lot in terms of generating relevant usage report, managing contents, user management, and users configurations.
Second as a School admin, the School admin helps me in terms of managing licenses and monitoring the the users most engaging books.
Third as a Teacher, the Teacher account helps me in managing the class and contents for my students and also the creation of assessment and assignment is convenient and the user experience is excellent.
Lastly as a Student, the Student account is a very user friendly in terms of its available features like library, homework, assessment and reports. And with the helps of the new UI/UX student portal of MagicBox it makes more innovative and eye pleasing. In terms of the reader portal, the lots of available annotation tools helps the student on their activity and improving their knowledge to the lessons.
For the customer support, I appreciate all information and helps and updates that I experience to the Magicbox. They respond fast and clear information that helps us to our concern and issue to the product.
For me the overall use and implementation of the Magicbox is successful and efficient, this is base on the experience and the frequency of use of the client I support and work with.

MagicBox helps address challenges in managing digital content, clarifications and requests regarding the new UI/UX student portal, manage institution configuration and the deletion of accounts. MagicBox saves time, improves efficiency, and makes learning more accessible.
Great Support and a Reliable Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support has been a big plus for me. Whenever I've reached out, they've usually replied quickly. often within a couple of hours, and most issues get sorted out the same day. even if we have different time zone. I've contacted them by email. and all have been helpful. The platform itself is straightforward to use rather than other platforms, and it makes creating and sharing digital content much easier. I also appreciate that their team listens and has made adjustments based on our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complicated problems, responses can sometimes take longer, especially if different people handle parts of the same request. It can feel a little disjointed. I also think the interface could look a bit more modern, and clearer billing details would be nice. But overall, these are small things compared to how well the platform and team work.

One thing that could be improved about MagicBox is the occasionally limited customization options for certain features, which can make it a bit challenging for some schools to fully tailor the platform to their unique needs.

MagicBox solves the problem of secure, centralized access to digital learning materials for schools, especially by using IP-based controls to restrict content access to authorized users.

What do you like best about the product?
The superpublisher role has many privileges and capabilities that set it apart from other, less helpful platforms. Working with them has been largely positive for the most part. The platform integrates well with several SSO tools. They are also amenable to improvements and new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
MagicBox Support is still needed to solve complex issues, and they can be slow to respond (sometimes taking more than a week to provide a solution). It is challenging when the superpublisher role falls short. I would like better analytics available for admins (in their account).

Providing integration with several SSO tools to enable auto-rostering and account login (SSO).
I enjoy their new ticketing system. It is easy to keep track of all your tickets.

The most helpful thing is their ticketing system.

It is difficult to address more complex issues. If more than one ticket is submitted related to the same issue, different people will address the issue and, therefore, not a holistic solution will be implemented. Sometimes it can lead to contradictions in their solutions.

MagicBox can solve issues related to the routine. However, it is very difficult for them to address more complex issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use for ourselves and our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing is not transparent. There is nothing showing how the calculation was done on the invoice. The way were billed changed and we were not notified and this has a caused a lot of back in forth in communication. We tried to get some added features for reporting but wanted to test them out before we purchased and that was not possible.

It has provided a way for us to store our teacher guides and provide educators easy access to our materials.
The content delivery team at Magic is quite prompt in their work and mostly meets the timelines.

Scalable Solution to Distribute World Languages Digital Content
What do you like best about the product?
MB has powerful rostering tools that support a variety of protocols, ranging from LTI to OneRoster. This allows us for ease of adoption at a lot of large districts. MB contanstly improves its content and UX/UI features too. Their customer support team works with us debug issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
MB is continuing to support newer integrations and roles

MB is allowing us to host our world languages content. Teachers and students can use the interactive features of our book, grouping activities together to send to students as assignments.
