Great product for slice and dice of business data solution
What do you like best about the product?
Great product for slice and dice of business data solution, with many flexible features for getting data quickly, efficiently and reliable. It allowed us to build cubes as per business needs that can be accessed by users for dig in and drill down into particular areas of interest in data.
From installation and administrative perspective it is fairly simple to setup and Kyvos Support team is very professional, responsive and helpful in delivering the product, as well as making new features available and happily receive feedback from customers to explore as new areas of product improvement.
Overall recommend to anyone having to deal with big data and have lack of visibility or no possibility for user friendly drilling down to the bottom of the analytical data.
Solution is quite flexible and reliable in terms of product quality and vendor support.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos interface is very intuitive and user friendly for building
the cubes, reports and for performing administration activities.
Best customer service experience when reported any issue as far as analysis and resolution is concerned.
Performance is very good for low to medium data volume cubes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Post software and system upgrade work needs some
additional validations as far as some set ups are concerned which poses some pain points during object deployments.

Kyvos is helping as self service reporting tool by
slicing and dicing across varions dimensions and also as
a report repository for various departments.

Kyvos enabled us to achieve a truly modernized analytics architecture on the cloud! With this advanced technology at our disposal, we experienced very quick responses even to the most complex queries and reduced time to insights.
Not only was the initial setup flawless, but their support team is also highly proactive and always available to assist us, even for the smallest of queries, something that we really appreciate.

With Kyvos, we could modernize our analytics stack and achieve quick responses to queries. Their Support team is always available, providing us with quick resolutions to our issues.

We deploy Kyvos on Azure through VMs, it would be nice if Kyvos was more cloud native

Kyvos provides an easy to use interface, with extensive APIs to support automation.
The Kyvos semantic model is responsive, fast and helping us modernize.

They Kyvos support team is the most responsive and helpful I have experience in my 20+ year career in software.

What do you dislike about the product?
Kyvos is a VM based deployment and we would love to see it leverage a Kubernetes approach, providing a little more scalability and flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos Insights are providing us with a modern platform to centralize our semantic model and provide insights via a complex suite of Dashboards, integrated into a custom portal.

What do you like best about the product?
the user experience was very good as well the technologies that used by Kyvos like OLAP and OLTP . and specialy the cube building part.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was nothing as such in that to dislike just a area of imporvement for connectivity with other tools it take lot of time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by reading the data in multiple dimesition using its cube technology as well visualizing the data . I was also QA for this product .
