We didn't have to rethink our architecture as our AI strategy evolved
Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
One of the reasons we selected the Kyvos semantic layer was its flexibility. Our analytics environment keeps evolving but our business definitions have remained in one place. That saved us from constantly rebuilding semantic models every time something changed.
What do you dislike about the product?
After evaluating several platforms, this was one of the few that fit naturally into our existing architecture. We really haven't encountered any major drawbacks so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, every new analytics initiative meant another round of mapping business logic and validating metrics. It became repetitive and difficult to maintain. Kyvos gave us one layer that different applications could use.

Kyvos Semantic Layer Boosts AI Accuracy with Business-Ready Data
Reviewed on Jul 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really appreciate about Kyvos semantic layer is how it helps improve AI accuracy by exposing business-ready data instead of raw technical datasets. The semantic definitions create useful context that AI applications can leverage, which reduces the chances of generating misleading answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it for several months now and haven't run into any major limitations so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were experimenting with AI-powered analytics tools, but many responses lacked business context and occasionally produced inconsistent results. Since implementing Kyvos, the AI tools have access to governed business definitions, which has improved the quality of answers and reduced the amount of manual validation our analysts need to perform.

Reduced Warehouse Load and Better Cloud Cost Control with Kyvos
Reviewed on Jun 25, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most valuable things for us has been the reduction in warehouse compute pressure. Kyvos semantic layer serves analytics workloads from a single data model without pushing sending every query to warehouse, which helped us manage cloud costs more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kyvos gave us much more control over analytics scaling compared to querying the warehouse directly for every request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our warehouse cost was directly propotional to users querying. With Kyvos that has changed. We are now able to support more users and larger datasets without seeing the same level of warehouse cost growth.

Centralized Metrics and Governed Semantics That Power Our AI Initiatives
Reviewed on Jun 25, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos gives us a centralized way to manage metrics, hierarchies, permissions and business logic across the organization. It supports AI initiatives with governed business semantics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is quite feature-rich, so during the early phase we had a lot of discussions around how metrics and bu. siness definitions should be structured. That took some time initially, especially across departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Kyvos, a lot of our reporting logic was spread across dashboards, SQL queries and individual team workflows, which made governance difficult to maintain at scale. Kyvos has made onboarding new analytics use cases easier

Kyvos Handles High Concurrency Smoothly for Seasonal Reporting
Reviewed on Jun 19, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos semantic layer handled high user concurrency much better than our previous analytics setup. During seasonal retail reporting, hundreds of users' access dashboards simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues found so far. Kyvos gives enough visibility and control to manage scaling without major operational issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had to create separate extracts and reporting environments for different business groups during peak retail periods. Managing those parallel workflows became difficult as usage increased. Kyvos helped us consolidate analytics access into a more centralized environment.

Fast Multidimensional Slicing for Massive Data—A Big Boost for Planning
Reviewed on Jun 18, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
With Kyvos we are able to slice massive data across multiple dimensions quickly during planning cycles. Now, I can work with detailed historical data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced multidimensional features take time to fully explore if you are coming from traditional spreadsheet reporting. But once we started using them regularly, the flexibility became a major advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Waiting for reports was the only option earlier. With Kyvos, our forecasting speed and variance analysis workflows have improved.

Seamless Interoperability Across Our Cloud Ecosystem
Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses multiple data platforms, so interoperability was important for us. Kyvos semantic layer worked well across our cloud ecosystem and helped standardize analytics access without forcing us into a single BI stack. I also like that it connects with existing BI tools instead of requiring users to completely change their workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-platform environments naturally involve additional coordination between infrastructure and analytics teams. Kyvos still handled that better than many solutions we evaluated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos reduced duplicated semantic logic and simplified governance across departments using different reporting tool.

Kyvos Semantic Layer Makes Live Campaign Insights Fast and Flexible
Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We track campaign performance across channels and the questions keep changing as campaigns evolve. Kyvos semantic layer has helped us to quickly move from a high-level view to detailed insights. This is especially helpful when campaigns are running live.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to get comfortable with it, but after that it’s been straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, getting campaign insights often involved going back and forth for updated reports. Kyvos has helped us react faster, make quicker adjustments and spend more time improving campaigns.
