Instant Snowflake Query Performance with Easy KPI Slice-and-Dice
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos has helped us get much faster query responses from our Snowflake data. Even for highly complex queries, we get responses almost instantly. What’s more, we can easily slice and dice data across multiple KPIs, measures and dimensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite reliable and easy to use. Performance has also been great till now, nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with slow BI responses, especially during peak usage. With Kyvos, we are able to derive insights from vast volumes of data much faster. Its advanced analytical functions are an added boon.
Natural-Language Data Q&A That Keeps Context Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
With Kyvos, I can simply ask business questions about our data in natural language and get accurate responses. I can also ask follow-up questions and pick the conversation back up later in the same context, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see a few more demos focused on conversational analytics use cases. Other than that, everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business teams work with large datasets, so we needed a conversational analytics tool that could handle scale and still deliver contextual answers aligned with our business nuances. After evaluating several options, we ultimately chose Kyvos, and we now use it to get quick, natural-language insights when questions come up.
Easy Data Exploration with Standardized Metrics Across Tableau and Power BI
What do you like best about the product?
Since deploying Kyvos, we’ve seen a clear rise in use of BI tools across the company. The product makes it easy to access and explore data. Moreover, it gives standardized metrics and definitions across both Tableau and Power BI, giving consistent answers to all teams. This has given a lot of users confidence in using these tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were minor setup challenges, but the Kyvos team helped sort these out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams that previously struggled with slow BI dashboards can now explore data freely and get insights quickly. Also, there is no debate around metrics as everyone can work off the same definitions.
Handles deep joins and high-cardinality dimensions well
What do you like best about the product?
With growing data volumes, our BI tool was not able to handle complex joins, hierarchies or high cardinality. The query response time had gotten really slow. That’s when Kyvos came to our rescue – we could easily connect it and get responses much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are quite happy with the features and performance. The support team has been quite helpful as well, so no roadblocks as of now.

When it came to complex queries, our dashboards would often become unresponsive, which led to a lot of delays and frustration. Kyvos has reduced our query time significantly – it always ensures fast responses, even on huge datasets.
No more fragmented cubes
What do you like best about the product?
We recently moved from SSAS to Kyvos and couldn’t be happier! We’ve been able to replace dozens of cubes with a single semantic layer that gives a consistent view of metrics and hierarchies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration process from SSAS to Kyvos was quite smooth. Nothing to complain about really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Kyvos, every one of our OLAP cubes was like a separate silo of metrics. Kyvos has given us a single semantic truth for all our BI tools. Plus, it handles large-scale data smoothly without any performance issues.
Single view of data across all sources
What do you like best about the product?
With Kyvos, we get one view of all our business data – with standardized definitions and metrics. Given the large number of data sources and BI tools we work with, this has been a real lifesaver. There is now complete alignment on metrics across all our departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. We found the integration process smooth and the platform is quite user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier there were metric inconsistencies across departments – those using Tableau got different answers compared to those using Power BI. This led to unnecessary discussions and debate. Kyvos has solved this challenge, making the overall analytics process smoother and faster.
Makes data exploration easy
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos has made it much easier to explore and analyze large-scale data. It maps complex data to business-friendly terms and enables us to drill down deep for comparative analysis and granular insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t faced any major challenges. Sometimes it’s hard to catch up with the latest updates as they have monthly releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with petabyte-scale data which was literally impossible to explore with our existing analytics tools. They couldn’t handle data at that scale - drilldowns were limited and comparative analysis was very slow. Kyvos has made this whole process much smoother, it allows easy querying and drilling through raw data using Presto and Hive.
Excellent performance even at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos delivers instant responses to queries even for large-scale data, regardless of the number of concurrent users. Its multi-level caching helps accelerate query response time on our BI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major concerns till date. Had a couple of onboarding issues which the support team helped quicky resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kyvos, analytics performance is fast and consistent. Our records often run into billions of rows and being able to get instant responses to complex queries is a big achievement for us.
Unified Metrics and Consistent Insights Across All BI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Kyvos gives us consistent business definitions, metrics and logic across all our BI tools. Earlier, multiple teams interpreted KPIs and calculated metrics differently, leading to confusion and reporting mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were able to get up and running quite quickly. Some advanced features take time to understand, but that’s about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to worry about metric inconsistencies, and we can use the same definitions across Tableau, Power BI and other tools. This has saved us a lot of unnecessary debate and made cross-department collaboration smoother.
Helping us accelerate BI
What do you like best about the product?
Our team was struggling with real-time calculations as our datasets were massive. Our BI dashboards were lagging and they couldn’t support dynamic, on-the-go analysis across data combinations. Kyvos has enabled us to instantly analyze millions of data points and run complex calculations.
What do you dislike about the product?
kyvos brings many advantages to the table, no pain points as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend hours manually stitching together data from Excel files, PPT decks, BI tools and third-party systems. Drilldowns were also limited. We are now able to analyze a lot more data, much faster.
