What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos works with the tools we already use, letting us explore years of records quickly.
We didn’t need to change anything in our current system and there were no unexpected costs.
It can grow with our needs, whether we’re handling more data or running more queries.

It can feel a little overwhelming for new users, but the training materials make learning much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kyvos, we can work with records from the past decade and run detailed analysis. This has made it easier to predict outcomes like payouts and prepare for what’s ahead.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once up and running, it’s much easier to maintain, but any updates or changes still require a bit of effort and technical management. While Kyvos offers a lot of benefits, the setup and learning curve could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• After trying a bunch of open-source tools that didn’t work for us, Kyvos has helped us get the most out of our data which we can now use to make better decisions

Impressively handled large data without slowing down during demo
What do you like best about the product?
We first learned about Kyvos at an event where their team showed us what the platform can do. The way it handles any amount of data without slowing down grabbed our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process went smoothly and so far, there’s nothing we can say we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams spend a lot of time exploring data to keep operations on track. As they use multiple BI tools, the reports are sometimes not consistent. I think Kyvos will be a good fit to solve this as it has the ability to give us a clear view of our complete data no matter which tool we’re using. We’re excited to see how this will help simplify things for everyone.

I like the fact that Kyvos works well with all the popular BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc. so users can keep working with their existing tool without any learning curve.

The built-in visualization features aren't as strong as those in specialized BI tools.

After years of struggling with open-source tools, Kyvos finally let us access and analyze past data in seconds. Now, we track risk positions daily, and our team can manage analytics independently.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos delivers quick responses even with many users and fields. This makes it easy for all departments to report same numbers. It also works very well across different data platforms and BI tools. We’re also excited about exploring its new Gen AI capabilities to enhance our workflows.

We haven’t faced any major challenges worth mentioning.

Before Kyvos, our internal teams reported different numbers due to multiple tools and data sources which was a major challenge for us. Kyvos brought all our data together to facilitate data exploration without requiring teams to switch the current tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos has made it simple for us to work with all our customer data. Now, we get a clear picture of how we’re doing across locations and products, all thanks to its performant tech. It's the only tool that allowed us to explore five years of data and get answers quickly.

Setting up GCP to manage costs was challenging initiallyand needed some expertise. But their team helped us and ensured everything was running well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos has helped us move past SSAS limitations and bring all our data together in one place. We can now easily explore data by customer, brand or region.
