Helps analyze data without moving it
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos fit right into our existing analytics ecosystem - no architecture overhaul or expensive data transfers were needed. We can now analyze massive volumes of data much faster without worrying about integration hassles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s been a great experience using Kyvos so far. No negatives yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to accelerate query response time on Power BI, and Kyvos helped us achieve this without any disruption to our data analytics stack. It has a named connector for Power BI, which is really convenient.
Direct connectivity with LangChain for building AI apps
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos’ connectivity with LangChain frameworks makes it easy for our AI team to embed analytics into Gen AI applications. We use their built-in toolkit to connect to all our data and build AI apps that generate powerful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major concerns. We have been able to scale usage without performance or quality issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos is helping us build Gen AI apps more efficiently. We had to create an app to assist customers, which required querying large-scale, live data. Kyvos’ LangChain toolkit helped us connect to all our data and access optimized semantic models which made the development process smooth.
Helps minimize AI hallucinations
What do you like best about the product?
We can plug our LLMs and AI agents seamlessly into Kyvos semantic layer (instead of connecting them to multiple raw data sources). It gives AI access to all our enterprise data with standardized business logic and definitions. This helps reduce hallucinations and improve accuracy of responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight learning curve for some of the advanced features, but once we got a hang of them things were fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our organizational data runs into petabytes, we were finding it hard to train our AI agents on the complete data. This was creating blind spots and impacting contextual understanding and accuracy. Kyvos has helped us address this problem and we have been able to ship production-grade AI applications much faster.
Gives rich, contextual insights from data
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Kyvos to obtain insights from our data using natural language prompts and are quite impressed with the kind of contextual responses we receive. The system also gives analytical summaries in plain English, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don’t particularly dislike anything till now. They also introduce new features with frequent releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had tried a few conversational analytics tools in the past, but the responses were mostly generic and shallow. Kyvos has solved this problem, allowing our business team to get rich, contextual insights - without any delay. We can also save our conversations and continue in the same context whenever we resume.
Kyvos Connects Customer Journey Data for Up-to-Date, Actionable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos helps connect the dots across the purchase journey and behavior of each customer. We can easily analyze customer data coming in from multiple channels and get upto date insights that help our teams deliver more relevant offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far our experience with Kyvos has been relatively smooth. Been using the product for a few months without any major hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kyvos, we’ve been able to map purchase data with each customer’s demographic profile more effectively. We can quickly analyze buying patterns over different time periods and understand customers’ needs better.
Instant Natural-Language Insights Without Coding or Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very convenient to have interactive dialogs with our data in natural language. Kyvos understands business terms and delivers insights instantly - without coding or dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more demos and documentation around different use cases of conversational analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, our business team often had to wait for days for analysts to run their queries, leading to major delays. With Kyvos we can have two-way conversations with our data and quickly get accurate, reliable insights.
Instant Query Responses at Scale with Kyvos
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos delivers instant responses to queries even for large-scale data, regardless of the number of concurrent users. Its multi-level caching helps accelerate query response time on our BI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major concerns till date. Had a couple of onboarding issues which the support team helped quicky resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kyvos, analytics performance doesn’t decline even when the scale of data or number of users increases exponentially. Our records often run into billions of rows and being able to get instant responses to complex queries is a big achievement for us
Kyvos Brings Consistent Metrics and KPI Definitions Across BI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Kyvos gives us consistent business definitions, metrics and logic across all our BI tools. Earlier, multiple teams interpreted KPIs and calculated metrics differently, leading to confusion and reporting mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were able to get up and running quite quickly. Some advanced features take time to understand, but that’s about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to worry about metric inconsistencies, and we can use the same definitions across Tableau, Power BI and other tools. This has saved us a lot of unnecessary debate and made cross-department collaboration smoother.
Instant Snowflake Query Performance with Easy KPI Slice-and-Dice
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos has helped us get much faster query responses from our Snowflake data. Even for highly complex queries, we get responses almost instantly. What’s more, we can easily slice and dice data across multiple KPIs, measures and dimensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite reliable and easy to use. Performance has also been great till now, nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with slow BI responses, especially during peak usage. With Kyvos, we are able to derive insights from vast volumes of data much faster. Its advanced analytical functions are an added boon.
Natural-Language Data Q&A That Keeps Context Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
With Kyvos, I can simply ask business questions about our data in natural language and get accurate responses. I can also ask follow-up questions and pick the conversation back up later in the same context, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see a few more demos focused on conversational analytics use cases. Other than that, everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business teams work with large datasets, so we needed a conversational analytics tool that could handle scale and still deliver contextual answers aligned with our business nuances. After evaluating several options, we ultimately chose Kyvos, and we now use it to get quick, natural-language insights when questions come up.
