What do you like best about the product?
I can see real-time customer activity and segment them based on behavior, subscriptions or usage patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concerns at the moment. Kyvos is mature and handles our growing workloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to wait days for customer insights. Kyvos helps us respond immediately to churn risks and engagement opportunities.
Kyvos keeps governance simple and consistent across tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the role-based access controls are. Permissions can be applied once at the semantic layer and they automatically flow down to every connected BI tool. That saves us from duplicating effort or worrying about accidental data exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complaints. The setup and onboarding process went smoothly, and any questions we had were promptly addressed by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spent too much time validating reports and making sure people weren’t using outdated metrics. Kyvos centralized our business logic which has reduced manual oversight and given us more confidence during audits and compliance reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos enables me to track orders, delivery times and stock levels across multiple warehouses in seconds.

It's been a smooth experience so far. The straightforward setup and solid documentation keep the learning curve low.

We moved from weekly static reports to real-time monitoring. Inventory bottlenecks are caught early, reducing overstock and missed deliveries.
Complex queries run easily on full data
What do you like best about the product?
Even with too many rows, I can use advanced functions like percentile or ranking without slowing down. Kyvos works right inside our existing stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really see downsides in daily use. It performs well, and I don’t face any problems with running queries.

With other systems, heavy queries often timed out or needed extracts. Kyvos handles these directly on the full dataset, which helps business teams run detailed scenarios without waiting on IT to prepare data slices.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos consolidates budgets, forecasts and actuals in one place. I can dig deep into data by department, region or period instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor tweaks in reporting templates at first, but support helped quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend days consolidating and reconciling spreadsheets which delayed planning cycles and often introduced errors. Kyvos brought all our financial data into one trusted place, and everyone is working off the same definitions. That has not only reduced errors but also shortened our planning cycles significantly.

Customer behavior reports are clearer. I can break down usage by region or product without numbers going off.

No issues for our reports, and I find it simple enough to use once the data is set up. Has been easy for my team too.

Earlier, churn reports and revenue didn’t match and now, everything connects and we present one clear picture.
Easy to manage permissions in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I can set who sees what in one model. Don’t need to configure each BI tool separately for every user or team

Platform runs fine for us. I don’t see major drawbacks, and it has been reliable in daily operations.

Earlier I had to set access in five tools. Now one setting in Kyvos applies everywhere. Much easier to manage.
No confusion in stock numbers
What do you like best about the product?
I can look at stock by product, region, warehouse, or even by week in the same report. It moves from totals to details fast, which makes it easy to spot issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works well for my daily work. I haven’t run into anything big that slows me down, and it gives the answers I need.

Kyvos helps me keep track of inventory at many levels without switching between systems. I can check orders, shipments, and stock balance in one place. This makes planning with suppliers and warehouses very simple for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos helps me check campaign spend and results without waiting on someone from our IT department. Reports are clear, and data stays consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see major issues. It gives me the data I need, and once I got used to its features, it has been easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier reports showed different numbers in different BI tools my team uses, like Power BI and Excel. Now, I get one clear view and can trust what I present to the board, while we still use the same set of tools.

What do you like best about the product?
When I run reports, totals match with other teams now. Before, we always argued over who had the right number

So far it does what we need. After learning the basics, I find it reliable and simple enough to use daily without trouble.
