I appreciate how it brings everything into one view, allowing us to spot issues quickly and fix them faster. Using it alongside other monitoring tools also gives us a complete view of system performance.

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, and the onboarding could be made more simple.

The clear instructions and helpful support make it easy to manage once set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Concert is very useful, but there are a few things that can be improved. Sometimes the interface feels a little complex, and it takes time to understand all the features. Some reports could also be simpler and clearer. If there were more easy guides or tutorials, it would help beginners learn faster. Overall, it is good, but it can be made more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI-powered application, which observes and manages risks to help organizations secure using IBM WatsonX. I find IBM WatsonX valuable as it transforms IBM Concert from a simple monitoring tool into a proactive advisory platform by automating complex analysis and providing actionable, human-readable guidance. The initial setup of IBM Concert was pretty easy for me, especially with respect to the SaaS model, because it provides the quickest path to getting started as we can skip hardware procurement and software installation. I would highly recommend IBM Concert to a friend or colleague, giving it a scale of 9.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a known limitation when defining applications from components; selecting more than 10 components (build artifacts or repositories) can result in errors. The current UI-based selection process struggles with scale. Enhancing the platform to support dynamic grouping (e.g., selecting all repositories with a specific tag like prod-service) would allow users to define large applications without manual, one-by-one selection. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Integration: Instead of manual selection, allowing users to import application definitions directly from Terraform or CloudFormation would ensure the Concert inventory matches the actual deployed infrastructure automatically.

I use IBM Concert to manage data pipelines, ensuring security by preventing unauthorized access and mitigating risks like application vulnerabilities and DDoS attacks. IBM WatsonX enhances its value by automating complex analysis and offering actionable insights, transforming it into a proactive advisory platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how IBM Concert is more informative and shares knowledge about the product. The AI-powered application resilience management platform helps organizations move towards more productive IT operations. I like the generative AI-driven automation platform because it streamlines the work process. The way topics are explained is something I really like about IBM Concert. It's designed to be simple, easy to set up, and very fast. The AI-driven insights make the platform ideal for quick development.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating the API key from an OCP deployment, I have to modify the URL path of the IBM Concert host. The API key usage must be adjusted to include '/ibm/concert' for it to function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Concert helps with knowledge sharing and product understanding. It combines hardware and software to be fast and cost-efficient. The AI-driven platform move operations from reactive to productive and streamlines processes. Setup is simple and fast, offering quick development with AI insights.
Prioritizes Security with Detailed Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how IBM Concert prioritizes vulnerabilities instead of just listing all of them. It really helps us focus on what's important. When there are issues, it doesn't just point them out, but also gives detailed information about where, what, and how things happened. It also differentiates between high severity bugs in test environments and medium-level bugs in critical systems like payment gateways, providing insights into what to prioritize and the consequences of not addressing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI language support is limited, currently only English is used which is a limitation for a global wide audience.

I use IBM Concert to identify security vulnerabilities with business impact, monitor standards, and generate audit-ready evidence. It helps prioritize risks, unify scattered data, provides lifecycle insights for certificates, and reduces resource needs by giving detailed info on issues.

I find IBM Concert to be a strong solution for organizations, especially those with complex or hybrid-cloud infrastructures. It helps in gaining better control over the application lifecycle, reducing security risks, and improving operational efficiency. What I like most is its ability to automate risk remediation, not just detecting problems but fixing them before they impact users, which is a huge leap from traditional monitoring tools. The initial setup of IBM Concert was incredibly easy as well.
