AI-Driven Reliability, Smooth Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how IBM Concert helps in deployment work by detecting risky deployments and predicting what might fail in production, which saves us from potential issues. The integration with monitoring tools is also great because it allows us to constantly monitor our whole application, including both the front end and back end, which helps prevent any downtime. The auto-detection of issues and creation of smart alerts make the application more reliable. Additionally, the initial setup was smooth with most things already sorted, thanks to IBM Concert.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall AI analysis could be a bit more detailed. It could take more context. I think the context is a little bit small. So you can improve that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IBM Concert to auto-detect incidents and predict failures, making our application reliable. It monitors deployments and identifies risky ones, preventing production issues, and keeps our server constantly monitored, reducing downtime.
