Flawless APM solution with infrastructure monitoring capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Once you understand and adopt full capabilities of Instana's Application Perspective there is no turning back!
This feature (Application Perspective), coupled with associated SmartAlerts, are the perfect combination for any APM monitoring team.
The ease of use and extensive configuration options are also appreciated.
Another important APM aspect is Instana's tracing philosophy: 100% tracing, without sampling.
Adoption is easy, with major technologies being covered by automatic or minimal effort instrumentation and well documented alternatives for other integrations or implementations.
Instana offers both SaaS and Self-Hosted options with more than fair Pricing Plans for both options.
Our dedicated, locally available (region) technical support is always helpful and attentive, making sure to get us in touch with appropriate Instana PMs, whenever a major issue or relevant feature request arises.
Continuous fixes and frequent upgrade philosophy give us ease of mind for the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sensors updates lack adoption control mechanisms (continuous, automatic updates).
Periodic upgrades are not well curated, many times introducing brakes or issues.
The 1st support level is well intended but slow, many times requiring intervention by our dedicated Technical Account Management support in order to progress.

Instana's Application Perspective is a powerful tool that enables us to observe, monitor and alert for both top level and low level aspects of our business.

The interface of instana is easy to use and there a lots of innovative capabilities

There is lots of not fully functional capabilities and support team is useless

Alerting on when there is issues in our resources, verify application calls and data

Cost can grow significantly with large microservice deployments due to per-host or per-agent licensing.

Detects the slowdown in real-time (via latency and error rate).
Shows which upstream or downstream service is impacted.
Highlights that a recent deployment introduced the issue.
Sends an alert to the DevOps team via Slack + creates a ServiceNow ticket.

Instana Analysis Portal
What do you like best about the product?
I use Instana Portal in tata Power for analyse VM logs API logs for EV sector . It is better to understand all logs very clar if anything goes wrong in our prod application , we check the logs in Instana and solve very easily because we know the root cause
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. All is working smoothly and fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our app goes down for some reason , we check first the API logs in Instana , it clearly shows what cause it happen
Instana gives the monitoring service at another level.
What do you like best about the product?
Instana is very easy to use software in my case I have implemented very very easily in but the customer support is also great for the internal customer care and I frequently use it in a day it have a lot of features in it it is very easy to integrate in this server.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like about ibm Instana is it have the great UI features and it have lot of features that we can monitor the server with in a very few things in a very in normal software too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving for my case is to checking the health and the boards and communities of the services in very easy way so it benefits me for checking the ports health and communities clusters in a few time.
Instana is very useful for monitoring the logs in the server.

Instana is very useful easy to use software we can easily implement it is here and we get actually support from the team members and the I really use it frequently in a day it have number of features in it it is very easy to use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that it is a very dislike regarding UI form or in payment form but I can say that it should enhance in the terms of features and to train the new person who are using it in a different way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem of it is solving my is by checking the health of my server daily in the morning or if the threshold value crosses some certain maximum maximum values then it will alert us by sending some mail to us in every interval of time so it is very benefiting me in terms of checking the servers condition and moiter it easily.
Isana is very easy to use server for checking the logs.

I personally use internal it is very easy to implement we get the excellent support from the team it is very easy to use it have lot of features in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is best but UI part should be we can say that it should be need to be improved and rest everything is OK but the integration is somehow it is hard so they have to document something so we can do it very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my column of taking the logs on the communities and the cluster of the boards and the number of boards for checking the health check in the morning so I can check it very easily within a minute so I don't have to open the server manually and intervate.
Instana helps me to monitor the server.

Very easy to use server so we can use it in very easily way and the customer support is excellent as I have seen that if I got any problem from them we can solve all the issues I regularly use it in a test game and it is very easy to integration that I like so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't say that if you have any bad things or I dislike an excellent thing and all the ui features I like so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy and I basically like the how to see the so we can say that number of ports can be easily seen from the container that I like so much and I can also see the loss from the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Instana is easy to use software. It is easy to implement and we get excellent support from the team.

It have excellent features in it no issue withe the software.

Basically i use it for the logs checking only.

Instana IBM is easy to use. Implementation is also easy to me. We get the excellent support from them. We use it many times in a day.

It have the lot of features so I can't say anything bad for this.

I basically use it for the checking the logs and the container in it. And it really help me to check the logs in the filter way.
