What do you like best about the product?

For me, one of the best things about Akenza is that the platform is easy to use and everything just works! There are easy workflows that you can customize (e.g. an off-the-shelf gateway connected to your recently purchased sensor which then pushes all of your collected data via API or email). And the workflows are built with "connectors." Everything is self-explanatory and there is a lot of documentation. I built a custom LoRa device that I was having trouble setting up and the Akenza team helped me set up best IoT practices and is always available when I need them. I've been with Akenza for about 1.5 years and have been sending data from 8 devices for the last year.

What do you dislike about the product?

The basic setup is super intuitive, but diving into more advanced features, like setting up custom integrations, took a bit of trial and error. Some more examples would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a startup with limited capital so Akenza is helping us collect the data we need and push the data to a platform for our clients without needing to invest into backend and frontend infrastructure. This is especially important since we're at a phase where we need to focus on product-market fit and when we might pivot.
