What do you like best about the product?
There services are amazing, unlike some other VPN it hardly disconnects from time to time and when ever the VPN is not connected it automatically blocks the Internet to avoid exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they need to reduce the pricing a little bit so it's affordable for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has been made so easy with Utunnel, we've been able to connect to different parts of the world with a 100% security. I would really recommend people who need similar services to try it out.

Easy Secure Access with ZTNA
What do you like best about the product?
UTunnel's MeshConnect ZTNA solution lets us control who accesses our business resources remotely. It's straightforward to set up and manage, even for non-experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few feature tweaks that could be made available on the platform. Sometimes, we end up contacting support. Support team is friendly and helpful everytime.

Robust site-to-site VPN solution
What do you like best about the product?
I started using UTunnel Secure Access for its site-to-site VPN solution. My primary objective was to stay connected with my branch offices and share important resources with each other. UTunnel helped my team stay protected and connected at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us some time to get the Site-to-Site tunnel configuration working. We had to hop into a call with the tech support to get it working.

We are a company that has offices branched out at various locations. UTunnel enabled easy resource sharing for our team.
Keeps my company connected and secure
What do you like best about the product?
With my remote working team scattered at various locations, I always had a hard time staying connected with the team and sharing resources with each other. But with UTunnel’s remote access VPN solution it is easy to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support ticketing system could improve. Ticket replies sometimes open as a new ticket when responding via email. Dashboard UI feels inconsistent at some places. These are just minor issues though.

After switching to UTunnel, I experienced minimal connectivity issues compared to my previous business VPN service provider. Its a good solution designed for small businesses like ours. Also, their support team is stellar and won't hesitate to jump into a call whenever we asked for any support.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike my previous VPN service provider, UTunnel is a simple and straight out-of-the-box VPN solution, that simplifies the VPN deployment process. Its automated VPN deployment process does the hard work and gets the server deployment completed with a few clicks. And the best part is that we don’t have to do any coding to deploy it. Their customer support team is so attentive and helpful, that they listened to all my queries and provided us with resolution at the earliest.

I can’t point out any reason to complain about the UTunnel VPN service. Whether its the carefully designed web console, thoroughly crafted client apps, or always helping customer support, UTunnel exceeds its service. I am very satisfied with Utunnel

It would have been great if they could provide other payment options, like debit cards, PayPal, etc., other than insisting on credit cards as the payment method.

In my search for a robust and secure VPN solution that facilitates effortless user management and team management, I came across UTunnel, and I was pleasantly surprised. It comes with features such as single sign-on and role-based access controls that make team management and user provisioning hassle-free. The two-factor authentication feature ensures enhanced security for the logins.

UTunnel is easy to set up and configure. It offers 50+ locations to deploy your VPN server and has helped my remote team located in different parts of the world safely access corporate data without compromising on access time.
An excellent Static IP VPN provider
What do you like best about the product?
UTunnel Secure Access provides secure remote access to my remote working team and secures sensitive data resources. It also provided my business with a static IP address, which I could whitelist to provide exclusive access only to my employees. Utunnel offered static IP at an affordable price range, and I am happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It caused a reduction in internet speed, which is understandable when using a VPN. But, the technical team from Utunnel was able to fix it by setting up split tunneling. This fixed the issue by passing only business related data over VPN and rest directly via the internet.

Setting up a VPN server with Utunnel is very simple and easy. It provides secure remote access to all my remote employees and protects them from security threats.
VPN service offering control and stability
What do you like best about the product?
When I wanted to set up a VPN server for my business, I had only one condition, and that was to bring my own server to deploy the VPN server. Other VPNaaS providers I contacted couldn't meet my requirement. They had complicated setups, calling them connectors, edge gateways, or other such names, and often required an additional hop to access my newtwork. Thats when I stumbled on UTunnel, and I was happy to know about their BYOS option for deploying my VPN server.
Deploying the server is very easy. I was able to deploy the server on my own by connecting to SSH. The only pre-requisite was that the server be loaded with Ubuntu 20.04.

Even though, my usage of UTunnel is limited to a few months, I am more than happy with its services and I recommend it to all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My requirement was to find a VPN service that would allow me to bring my own server to deploy a VPN server, and UTunnel helped me in that regard. Now i have more control over my server settings and configurations, making my VPN server more resilient .
