What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive tool that allows us to group and track alerts. The information provided in the alerts allows for timely management of remediations.

At the moment, we have no observations about the platform.

At the moment, we don't have anything specific.

I do not see anything that is not up to the mark.

Leaked employee creds and lots of take downs.
Good source for information about the company on the dark web
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great at monitoring for any information about your company on the dark web and on various bad actor communication groups like Telegram and Whatsapp. We are also able to perform take downs in a timely manner.

The AWS integration for monitoring IPs could be improved.

Argos is helping us know of any issues that could impact our brand, employees, and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful in Argos™ Threat Intelligence Platform is the Operational Dashboard, Threat Knowledgebase, Alerts Center and thier Digital Risk Protection. It is easy to navigate and very informative

There were no least helpful about the Argos™ Threat Intelligence Platform. Argos platform should be able to easilly filter different assets / companies that were enrolled in the platform.

It helps reduce fraud related cases and be able to quickly address it. Easily identify vulnerabilities and be able to address them immediately

The best feature of the Argos™ Threat Intelligence Platform is its ability to offer comprehensive integration of threat intelligence data from multiple sources. This enables a centralized, in-depth view of potential threats, facilitating cybersecurity monitoring and management.

Streamlined Threat Intelligence Acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Check Point Exposure Management, I can request data from the cyberint analyst with just a click of a button. This is much faster than sending a message over Slack, email, or chat to make such a request, which usually takes more time. Also, setting up Check Point Exposure Management was easy since I just needed to provide a set of identifiers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reuse of credentials that sometimes get triggered without the relevant email. It's an issue with the dump that was found, but we're already aware that it got published before. Sometimes it seems like the suppression of findings published in the past is not working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Check Point Exposure Management for threat intelligence, getting alerts when our credentials are sold on the darknet. The easy data request feature saves time by eliminating manual communication with analysts.
User-friendly Platform with Abundance of Data and Intel
What do you like best about the product?
The Argos platform is very userfriendly from both client and administrator sides. The customer support on the Argos side has also been a breeze to work with as communication is very frequent and consistent. When looking at the platform, it is a breeze to integrate with our systems and has many features that are customizable to each client/tenant.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there are no downsides of Argos as we are still working through the platform and testing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos is solving our lack of brand protection services. As clients request more protection, argos is able to help us help our clients with the utmost security needed to keep their brand and image positive.
