What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work out of our CRM to share, update, and close opportunities through cloud marketplaces is a big time saver. We are also able to keep analytics in one spot for ease of reporting. The labra team is also accomodating to new feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
More insights/analytics within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Labra, our team struggled to manage marketplace listings and co-sell opportunities in a unified manner. With Labra, our listings and private offers are always up-to-date, and Labra for co-sell ensures that our CRM is synchronized with marketplace deal data. This integration alone has saved our sales team hours of manual work each week.
