Essential testing tool for ensuring cross-browser/device compatibility and keeping customers happy
What do you like best about the product?
The app is extremely robust and very intuitive, supporting a broad range of current and legacy browsers and devices. Having the tests linked to actual physical devices is a great plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few edge cases where BrowserStack comes up a little short, mostly related to accessibilty across a full suite of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impractical and greatly time-consuming to have on hand and manage the full range of devices and browsers our customers use when testing updates to our webapp -- BrowserStack puts just about everything we need to ensure a positive UX into a neat, intuitive package.
BrowserStack supports independent open-source projects
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a BrowserStack user for a long time, and only just learned that they offer free accounts to independednt open-source projects. This is a huge benefit for me as I work on several side projects that are not profitable, but have a few hundred users, combined.
As a product, BrowserStack is great and very easy to use, with a ton of options for developers who want to make sure their sites are accessible to a variety of users.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything. I would have said that pricing is a bit too steep for small side projects, but since they offer free accounts for eligible open-source projects, this is no longer an issue.
