What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack's user-friendly interface streamlines the QE process, allowing us to quickly set up test environments and execute test cases with ease. The ability to switch between devices and browsers seamlessly facilitates efficient exploratory testing, empowering testers to uncover hidden defects and edge cases effectively. It has good scalability and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network issues while using moblie devices, it disconnects and reconnects often. More time to load mobile devices.

Sometimes its performance still varies depending on the user's internet bandwidth, which is somehow understandable and valid.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about BrowserStack is its user base. The application is used by millions of developers online and this really leads to a lot of ease when it comes to customer support. If I stuck anywhere, there are various users across the globe who can help me out. It is an easy to use and integrate application. My team gave me the chance to explore the various number of features of this product recently and I have been using it very regularly ever since. The ease of implementing it is what sets BrowserStack apart. All in all, a really nice product which I would genuinely recommend to the readers of this review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I really enjoy BrowserStack, but if I have to really find a place where they can improve, it would be their advertising and reach. They could increase their reach by a bit more of advertising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the needs of the market evolve, it becomes increasingly important to make cross platform applications. This is where I use Browser Stack. I am able to test various mobile and web applications without actually having to buy those devices. This makes the process both easier and cost effective.

There aren't really any other alternatives. Browserstack takes the cake
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow at times, and there are some not so trivial technical heardles at times, but customer service is quick to respond.

Cross compatibility. Helps by reproducing bugs found on mobile devices and tablets
Super convenient way to test across browsers and devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's my go to platform for testing websites on different versions and flavors of devices. It supports devices going back 10+ years and has every browser version you could possibly want. The dev tools are great and being able to take screenshots and record sessions is extremely useful for sharing with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video compression from the devices isn't perfect, would definitely like the quality of that to be improved. There is also a bug where screen recording won't stop sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test across all the devices we have to support without actually having to have the physical devices. Which is extremely convenient when working remotely away from the office.

Sometimes there is an important delay between click and interaction in the devices.

What do you like best about the product?
We were getting crash reports in our Android app and our developer couldn't pinpoint the issue. After using BrowserStack to test across multiple devices we were able to find the source of the problem and correct it ASAP.
The service isincredibly easy-to-use for non-developers, which was a huge plus for us after going back-and-forth with our own app developer to no avail. Highly recommended.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all devices are available. This is not clear before upgrading from the free version. We wanted to test on a Redmi Note 12, but only the Note 8 was available.
I wish there was some way of maintaining an idle session for a bit longer. An extra click to maintain a session before you might be stepping away would be appreciated.

This was really the only reliable way for us to quickly test our app across a wide range of Android devices.
A rough and complicated introduction, but a very useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usefulness of browserstack as a tool, it gives a lot of oppertunity to make complicated automation an easy endeavor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very hard to start using browserstack as a new user, since the introduction tutorials are complicated and incomplete. Furthermore there's a lack of documentation, in terms of commands that you can use with selenium - PHP.

It solves, and offers a solution, to software that can make UI testing of a system.

With the help of the browser stack, we can test our Android and iOS applications on different devices from a single control panel.
Any application or tool can run entirely in the browser, eliminating the need for a large system.

Devices which runs in the browserstack has kind of lag which is very tough task when we are testing any king of UI animation or similar task.

We use Browserstack to test mobile applications from a single browser on different devices. It is very cost-effective as we do not need a physical device to test our applications.

As a quality analyst i have to test my website on differnt mobile device for that i use BrowserStack and it will help me to check the designe of my website . it will help me to integrate easy my website and i impliement easy with greate customer support that's why i use frequency for my website .

i don't think there is any isse while using BrowserStack and also there number of features that i use and did't get any problem
