What do you like best about the product?
Being a full stack developer intern, I got the opportunity recently to explore BrowserStack. I mainly work on React JS and am currently developing a website in my organisation. It needs to work across various browsers and that it is where browser stack comes into picture. It is an extremely easy to use cloud application which has a big developer base, this makes it easier as a developer to implement as there is an entire community that is very supportive and helps in clarifying doubts and queries. I use it on almost all the applications that I am developing and it is very simple to integrate with the project. It really reduces the time from development to production and that is one of the best features of BrowserStack. I would genuinely recommend it to my peers who are in this field. Kudos to the team behind BrowserStack!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could publicise themselves a bit more. BrowserStack is a phenomenal application, however, I feel they should promote their product a bit more and come in the limelight that they truly deserve. On the technical aspects, I have no grievances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally it reduces the time between deploying the code in development and releasing it to production. I majorly work with web apps and testing is extremely stressed upon as a part of my organisation. Browser stack provides a unique cross platform testing application that really eases the entire pipeline. Software testing across various browsers and modifying and recalibrating the product from the browser stack feedback is one of the biggest reason behind using Browser Stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross browser testing is the best I consider of browser stack. It has various devices where we can test our product on multiple devices at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is over priced for smaller organisations.
And sometimes it loads slowly and glitches.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cross device compatibility testing. It allows to test websites and web applications across various browsers and devices.
Browserstack is essential for web developers
What do you like best about the product?
I am developing on an Ubuntu machine. Testing interfaces on different browser / os combinations would be impossible for me without BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Our team uses BrowserStack for over 5 years and we never met an issue we were unable to resolve ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use BrowserStack to replicate a client configuration when an issue is reported to use relevant to a specific configuration only.

What do you like best about the product?
I think personally that the testing is easy to use through browserstack. It is easily implemented through various devices like mobile, laptops etc. provides multiple number of features which help in using it seamlessly. very less latency, good responsiveness, nice UI. i use it very frequently
What do you dislike about the product?
Acc to me , customer support can be improved. it is not easy to integrate with. the software i use so this feature should be be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The testing platform is very important in software engineering so is required for each feature. I think this browserstack might help the easy process of testing. that is why it is benefitting me.
BrowserStack is a must have for every Developer/Tester.

To have every possible device for testing and debugging.

Sometimes it is really hard to debug my code, the console is not always the best.

That my product works on every possible device or at least that everything works on every device.
Easy to use and an integral part of our development process
What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about Browserstack is the variety of browser types and devices there are available. As a small company we would never have the resources to acquire such a variety of physical devices so being able to test across all platforms from a single entry point in the browser is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the browser developer tools a little buggy to manage in safari but overall it's a minor thing ultimately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pick up formatting issues on websites we are developing, especially legacy devices and browser versions.
Good but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Best in class browser and mobile emulator for testing websites. Super easy to use and fast. I have tried a few other solutions and this is by far the cleanest. It gets better year by year and i would highly recommend it
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Is it a bit expensive. You really have to commit to a plan to get the best value. Unhappy that they've done away with their payasyougo option.

We need to test our website on a range of mobile devices. Our user base spans a few different demographics so we see a range of different devices [old and new]
Super useful testing tool for dev and product teams
What do you like best about the product?
Tool has been useful for Product managers and developers to easily implement testing to help reduce frequency of customer support tickets around certain bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially having lots of options was a bit overwhelming, but after the learning curve, can see how powerful it can be,

Extra levels of bug testing across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
We used BrowserStack for a critical descripency which was not noticable with manual visual testing. We ran a few tests on BrowserStack and boom! we could address the issues in minuted. It offers wide range of resolutions & testing envirnment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for the tool is on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to address a few resolution relared queries raised by the clients which were only discoveres using BrowserStack
A great tool that solves a real industry need
What do you like best about the product?
The core of the platform is well thought off - it is expected that software runs flawlessly on multiple devices but it is super hard to verify as its not practical to have hardware for all devices in the market. Browserstack fixes this problem for web applications and we have been using it for years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The results are sometimes different than what we experience on real devices - this needs to be fixed to avoid end user complaints
