Easy to get started with the new product

The pro version a very expensive. It is not very cost effective

Cross browser and device testing is difficult in test automation but browser stack make it easy and simple as much as it can.

Sometimes it gets very slow and testing becomes really hard

The multiple devices and it never goes down or has problems! Its a great tool. Great to have access to so many devices

Be nice if some of the features wasnt with an added price tag

Device options, performance, usability. It's easy to change devices.

When you get a complete solution like that, there's so much you can dislike, but so far, nothing comes to mind.
