Great set of tools for every developer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the platform is always ready for you to test your sites and apps, with no problems of any kind and a wide range of options, browsers and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a single thing to dislike about BrowserStack, the planned maintenance windows are notified well ahead of time. Documentation is good and help is available at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The many available devices help us understand better how our site is displayed to the users.

There is a lag sometimes. It is very slow in old devices.

BrowserStack have an impressive range of browsers and devices for testing. This extensive coverage greatly streamlines the testing process, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of compatibility across various environments.

having the ability to conduct testing offline would be great.

BrowserStack's real device testing allows users to test on a wide range of physical devices, ensuring a more realistic evaluation of how their applications behave in the hands of users.

What do you like best about the product?
First, the fact that it is really easy to use on the go, in the web browser. Second I am not required to even own the devices, which helps me to test on a wide variety of phones. Last but not least is that BrowserStack can emulate ios devices. This is particularly useful because you can't make virtual machines of ios devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, under certain circunstances the video is choppy.

It can be a little expensive, I would appreciate cheaper tiers with fewer features.
