It is unreliable, for testing browser compatibility. There are occasional performance issues and latency during peak usage times. Its limited range of features is bad not allowing me to test my website on a variety of devices and browser versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is priced higher compared to competitors like LambdaTest and SauceLabs, but its poor reliability makes it worthless. The downside Ive experienced is that it is a bit slow at times on devices and less popular browsers. However when considering everything BrowserStack proves to be a poor tool for my testing needs.
