It has been a great learning experience.
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is very helpful to perform testing on a huge number of Devices/Browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scrolling is not user friendly, and sometimes BrowserStack is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting me to reduce the testing on physical devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been frequently using browserstack from past 1 year and the thing I like about it is that browserstack is very easy to use has lot of features, they have got an excellent customer support team that is there to solve your problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve on online content in terms of automation testing and performance testing using browserstack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had difficulty to test mobile application on multipe devices and differnt platforms and OS, By having browserstack I can seamlessly test on different platforms.

Nothing as of now, all good. Super excited to use this.

We don't need any real devices and all devices are on the cloud with nearest data center
Amazing tool for integrating selenium tests
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate selenium tests and mobile testing usinh real devices hosted on the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, but i think it will be helpful if there would be an AI / ML integration like self healing tests for continuous testing in CICD env.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running tests in a grid saves us a lot in terms of setup and config thru browserstack sdk
it is very very very useful for Cross-Browser Testing, Cross-Device Testing, Real Device Testing

mainly it is very useful for test in various type of version with various type of mobile screens
Very good, it provides me with a unique service.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing in BrowserStack is that it gives you the ability to use ios, without having the device itself. You cant make virtual machines, of certain types, like of ios. This exeperience gives me a good ground to test apps, in real-life scenerios.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of BrowserStack is that it is really laggy and choppy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i said earlier, it gives me acces to ios machines, which i am not able to get acces to otherwise.
Browser stack is very good platform it provides the real device in browser

it reduces the complexity as it provides all the versions and brand devices

i didn't find any things that I dislike, because it helps me a lot for testing and it is very useful

it solved the real-time device problem and solved managing the physical devices also it save my money too.

Device families are huge for mobile testing. Easy to use and understand. Great customer support.

Nothing so far. The prices are competetive but seems worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am am able to run my automation tests on multiple browsers and multiple OS easily.
I have different frameworks in my organisation (Cypress and Selenium) and Browserstack is one single tool which is easy integrate to both the frameworks.

Love all the features of browserstack, we have mainly using Automate and exploring other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main advantage of using browserstack is that we are able to run our tests on all the Browsers in All OS and this is our major requirement too - Browserstack help to achieve it easily.
Debuging the automation failures becomes easy with browserstack - it provides clear console logs, network log and most importantly video recording of the test runs.

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the UI is amazing! The fact that they use real devices is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow to to respond, but otherwise it's a great product
