Helpful to test website on different devices and OS
What do you like best about the product?
Helped me to test our marketing website on different devices and OS. I was able to test our website on different screens, devices and geographies. I like their UI it is easy and smooth for a person like me without much technical knowledge. To use different devices it will be done in a click and thats also impressive. Can be automated by integrated with slack is a plus for us. The support team is also helpful when we had a question on integration. To test our product we can simply put the URL to setup. Everything is userfriendly for us.

I personally don't have any dislike at this moment. Had some concern about the pricing and the support team helped on a call.

We used browser stack to test our application's accessibility across different regions. Initially, our website was not visible due to some geotag issues and with the help of browserstack we solved that issue. Also the integration helped me to collaborate with our developers easily. It is a worth tool
Great testing tool for front end developer
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with BrowserStack was fairly easy and I found the UX fairly easy to figure out as well. There are many browsers/OS to choose from which is great when testing your website. In the past I had to find someone with a MacBook to help me test new website components and test for issues that way. This tool lets me test using my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be slow, especially if I am running a test and trying to inspecte the code and change the HTML/CSS while testing.
I have not yet figured out how to use the software with my local environment (Umbraco) and have gone through the documentation with no success.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BroswerStack is helping us test how our website would render on multiple devices/browsers by only using one computer. It is also helping prevent errors displaying on our live site and not letting end users experience poor UX.
Take the Pain Out of Testing with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive library of 2000+ real desktop and mobile browsers and devices, live testing and debugging capabilities, easy integration with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Appium, local testing options, performance metrics, and detailed reporting make BrowserStack an indispensable cross-browser and cross-device testing tool for me as a developer. I love how BrowserStack allows me to interactively test and debug on real browsers and devices, giving me visual logs and screenshots to quickly identify issues. The automated testing scalability across browsers and mobile devices saves enormous amounts of regression testing time. BrowserStack provides me invaluable time savings, helps ensure comprehensive cross-browser compatibility, and gives me performance insights to optimize my web apps - it's a must-have tool that makes testing much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack is invaluable for cross-browser testing, there are some limitations like pricing plans being potentially expensive for smaller teams, some gaps in niche browser coverage, restrictive concurrent session limits on lower tiers, only higher tier plans getting full featured access, imperfect mobile device lab coverage requiring occasional real devices, troubleshooting difficulties due to remote access, UI/UX design having a learning curve, and customer support response times varying - dealing with these limitations and tradeoffs can be frustrating at times. However, despite these occasional frustrations, BrowserStack's comprehensive capabilities still make it a must-have tool for most developers by enabling quick and easy testing across browsers and devices, saving huge amounts of time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the huge problem of comprehensively testing websites and apps across the enormous fragmentation of desktop and mobile browsers, operating systems, and devices in order to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and a consistent optimal user experience. By providing instant access to 2000+ real browser and device combinations on its cloud infrastructure along with powerful debugging and performance monitoring capabilities, BrowserStack saves me an incredible amount of time and effort compared to complex in-house test lab setups and tedious manual testing. The interactive live testing, automated testing integrations, visual logs, network analytics, and detailed reporting BrowserStack offers enables me to efficiently test, validate, debug, optimize, and demonstrate the quality of my web apps across key browsers. This level of quality assurance and risk reduction BrowserStack enables is invaluable and a total game-changer for my work.
