Great Experience with Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about BrowserStack is its integration with CI tools, such as Jenkins. This makes it easy to analyze/visualize the smoke test result.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think BrowserStack is to introduce additional documents or videos for helping users onboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps the user frame automation tests and is equipped for backend projects.

I have been using BrowserStack for about a year now I wanted to share some feedback on my experience

User Interface: observability stack makes me see test cases and builds in a very constructive way
Browser Compatibility: helps me test my product on different browsers and devices

What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Curve: Beginners might find it challenging to navigate and utilize the full range of features.
Performance: occasional lags in loading test suites for example

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The availablilty of multiple browsers as well mobile devices help me test my feature before shipping to production and the of observability dashboard is very handy to visually see where my tests failed
So easy to test all the browsers

It has audio on most platforms, and dev tools support, also on most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling the touch devices is sometimes clumsy and lagging.

It allows me to test on devices I do not own.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has been very helpful for my organization. We depend on it for our mobile app testing.

There are latency issues at times so sometime we have to go back to physcial device to verify if latency actually exists.

we mainly use it just for ui testing. it's super straightforward. Even new engineers without experience wiht testing can pick up quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using BrowserStack Live to perform multi-browser manual testing with Windows browsers, Samsung, iPad, iPhone device browser in the past two years. We have successfully launched multiple related projects with positive feedback.

Nothing we dislike about BrowserStack. Everything is working perfectly so far.

We used BrowserStack Live to do multi-browser testing. That helps us a lot solving issues on different supported browsers.
Making Automation Testing Seemless and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's the perfect cross-browser testing tool for our startup, our internal QA team really like the extensive device, browser and OS coverage it provides to simulate the end user behaviour.
Browserstack is generally better than its peers due to its ease of use and wide array of features making it a handy utility a startup's QA team.
Customer service team is really very good, and they respond to the problems within 24hrs of raising the problems.
Video playback of the running suite helps to resolve problems of flaky tests while running on cloud servers. It was very easy to integarte within our existing TestNG based framework.

High Cost compared to its competitors like LambdaTest and SauceLabs.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is good for testing cause it has many devices and features which would come in handy testing the Webapp flow for beginners and advance level I would love to suggest it to any QA

the premium version price is little too high and they should give more discounts if the some users are using it daily.
