What do you like best about the product?
The BrowserStack webinar I have attended on Mobile Testing best practices was a valuable experience, most especially to us Mobile Manual Testers. I walked away with a deeper understanding on how to improve our mobile testing processes by using the BrowseStack as an effective app testing tool. The Q&A session at the end part was also valuable, as it allowed attendees to get their specific questions answered. Hope we can recommend this to our company.

It provides an extensive range of real devices and browsers for testing where it allows to ensure that the web applications and wesites work seamlessly on diverse platforms. This eliminates the need to maintain na in-house device lab, saving us time and resources.

Browserstack says they are much more capable than other tools in the market,I do agree but at the mean time this is very expensive tool. Performance and navigation is not that friendly to work with. Implemantation and integrating to other testing tools and test environments are good but at the same time should perform as expected.

BrowserStack: A Versatile Testing Companion for Mobile Apps
What do you like best about the product?
Before the availability of BrowserStack I used to test on three or four different Android devices and only one on iOS. I had a very limiting experience. However, the extensive range of real devices (and browsers) enables me to conduct comprehensive manual testing on multiple platforms very easily. I am using BrowserStack more frequently than my limited on-premise devices.
The interface is very user-friendly and seamless; i can easily switch between different devices, which saves both time and effort. I quite like the ability to run tests in parallel on two+ devices at a time, this is very beneficial for system integration test scenarios, significantly improving efficiency. I have only been using it for 6 months and I am learning new features as I go along but I am very impressed with the features I have discovered so far.
Overall BrowserStack grants a renewed level of confidence in the level of quality of the enterprise-level apps I test.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few dislikes, since BrowserStack offers so much variety. If I had to mention one or two I would say the following
1. Sometimes there are issues with lag and connectivity issues can occur abruptly, ending the session prematurely. After this, setup has to be performed again, which takes time since you have to register and go through 2FA to install the app you are testing. If this happens continuously (in the past it has) it can be quite frustrating.
2. It is not possible to test physical components of a device such as the NFC reader. If the feature is there then I have not found a way to utilise it, therefore it is difficult to know all the capabilities BrowserStack offers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before BrowserStack, I was limited to a few outdated Android devices and only one iOS device. I could not test our apps across high end and low end devices. If testing on the latest OS was required, then a new device had to be purchased just for that but BrowserStack library of devices and device/OS combinations solves this problem.
