What do you dislike about the product?
As one could expect of a provider that makes your experience as seamless as possible, that doesn't come in cheap.
If you plan to use BrowserStack for a small team with a significant output, you might struggle with the pricing. Still, if you plan to use it at an organisational level and have multiple teams using it, I think it's fair and competitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 50 apps within our organisation and testing all of them manually was just not something doable, so getting our automation to run against each of those apps on every single combination of device and OS possible was a game changer.
That being said, another huge problem we solved was the maintainability of real devices to perform manual testing, the mobile market changes at an incredible pace and keep buying new devices to match the market and cover all your corners is not doable, having a massive library of devices that you can connect at any time to perform different combinations of manual testing definitely changes things.

Comprehensive Testing Capabilities Tool
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack impresses with its extensive cross-browser and cross-device testing options. The ability to test on real devices sets it apart, providing a more accurate simulation of user experiences. Seamless integration with popular development tools enhances workflow efficiency. The live testing and debugging features allow for real-time issue identification and resolution. With its scalability and reliability, BrowserStack is a reliable choice for ensuring website and application compatibility and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, the pricing can be quite steep, especially for individual or small-scale projects. It would be more accommodating if there were more flexible pricing options available. Secondly, while the platform is user-friendly, there was a bit of a learning curve for me when I initially started using it. It took some time to fully grasp all the features and make the most of them. Lastly, the limitations on concurrent testing sessions can be a bit restrictive, particularly when I need to run multiple tests simultaneously on different devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of cross-browser and cross-device testing, allowing developers and testers to ensure their websites and applications function correctly across various platforms. By providing a wide range of real devices and browsers for testing, BrowserStack helps identify and address compatibility issues early in the development process. This saves time and resources by minimizing the need for physical devices or virtual machines.

The local testing does not work as we expect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually, with remote work, sometimes the company does not offer macbook devices for testing iOS and also, due to location restrictions, you should not be able to access the app from your country
No longer one of the best places to work

Quickly test on multiple devices across OS's. There is a wide range of devices and browsers to test on, alowing for thorough testing. You can test using TestFlight apps or downlaod from the app store/play store. You can even test across different devices on uploaded versions of your app and see how performance and app features are performing. Great debugging tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited offline testing, which can be somewhat limiting in certain environments. Further, some of the virtual machines can be slow depending on performance issues of the local network

Ample of cloud-native devices to perform automated tests. Continuously improving the project with various modules. Such as visual testing using Percy, test management, app-live, which provide value to the customers. Reduce the hardware costs while providing various devices with different OS, which allows testers to replicate issues seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to seeing more innovative features, especially in AI technology down the road. I'm sure the team will come up with something similar. It would be great to see marking the test results becomes more accessible with the logs instead of implementing the javascript executor function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the overhead cost of real devices. Testing on various devices and OS become feasible with BrowserStack. Moreover, as I mentioned earlier with the help of App-Live module, testers are able to replicate specific scenarios on specific device.
