What do you like best about the product?
1) Test observability fo good looking data.
2) AI powered visual testing for native apps is unique thing that we get.
3) Latest device like samsung s22 and s23 also available.

1) Documentations needs to be improved for getting knowledge upon how to integrate any supported tools or framework.
2) Ios device and macOS devices lagging during testing needs to be fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use. We also love how easy it is to start a device based on the required settings for our application. It was very important for us to use the Browser Stack as we are now sure that our products are compatible with the many devices in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small businesses like us, the price is not very affordable. The product is excellent and should be in the hands of more people!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Browser Stack is solving for us is compatibility testing with different Android versions and devices. As it was unfeasible to have several physical devices in the company to test, Browser Stack was an excellent alternative!

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is one of the cloud based platform of various kind of devices to test automate for results. Testcafe, playwright, cypress can also be integrated along with the selenium and appium also. The browserstack is one where API can be tested. 3000+ browsers based test report can be generated at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
1- Some native features of devices can not be tested as per the current features.
2- Documentation needs to be updated for the shake of integrating automation tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating in a real device is indirectly means we have to have one dedicated device for testing purpose only, through real devices we can not reach maximum devices for better test results. So we need to have a firm of devices that we can target any device for testing and to generate well furbished report for the testing. Most of the automation tools can be integrated to the browserstack for testing like selenium, appium, tosca, nightwatch, playwright etc.

What do you like best about the product?
When used to test mobile applications, BrowserStack operates at its peak effectiveness. Many cloud-hosted devices are available for running tests on cross-platform devices and generating complete reports for both automated and manual tests. Cross-platform web application testing for the intended target devices is made more accessible with the aid of Browserstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to test applications for iOS and macOS, BrowserStacks needs to speed up the testing process. Because the iOS devices are too slow to test, we occasionally cannot connect to the testflight with the correct ID and password. The documentation for integrating automated tests to test both online and mobile applications is outdated.

BrowserStack helps in testing the application in a much more efficient manner, including
1) Smart report generation helps in business process.
2) Recording the whole test during automation tests helps to understand the test failures.
3) Visualization test helps in distinguishing the improvement in UI.
4) Diversifying the tests as a large number of devices are available for testing the mobile as well as web applications.
5) Some defects due to the device's screen size can be captured during the test with small-screen devices.

BrowserStack is amazing tool for cross browser testing and cross device testing.
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is very useful for Cross browser testing and user can quickly and easily test websites on multiple devices and browsers, so it's easy to use for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack is very useful but sometimes their server has a slow response and some it's not like real devices so need to improve the speed and accuracy for the testing website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to improve the response speed from the server side and improve the accuracy of website testing and cross-browser testing, so users can easily use BrowserStack.
Amazing tool for cross-browsers and multiple devices testing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new features one time add URL and testing all devices. I love the Divises and Browsers Features of the different versions. No need for multiple real devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the user uses BrowserStack and at the time same login id uses another team member than the first member disconnected.

When the user starts testing the same login credentials user should not use BrowserStack

It helps accelerate the speed at which testing can be carried out with just a few clicks.
Great option to test across different mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test mobile applications on both Android and iOS devices, including tablets. This tool reduces my need for having multiple physical devices. I also like the ability to screen record within BrowserStack and not the device
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some nuances to using BrowserStack; I often run into the tap and scroll gesture issues. Sometime is takes multiple taps or scrolls to perform an action that would probably be done with one tap or scroll on a physical device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test our mobile app across various devices. Getting videos on how our application is performing
Ease of Use is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Works with all set of programming languages and with all types of test frameworks. Availability of devices is really amazing for cross device/browser testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Execution time is some times X2 to X3 more when compared to the local execution

Availability of Mobile devices of all variants with different OS versions helping me test my application seamlessly.
