Browser Stack is a must have!
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack allows you to perform cross-browser testing with automated tools like Cypress. It also allows the test team to perform functional testing on several devices like Android, iOS, and windows
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the excellent job BrowserStack helps you achieve, it can only be accessed online. When you face latency issues, working with BrowserStack frustrates and slows productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows my test team perform functional testing on real devices since we don't physically have those devices. Also, it has cut down costs. With BrowserStack, the test team can perform cross-browser testing with cypress and provides an excellent dashboard to make reports.

the product is a bit pricy when you want to start high scale

we need to run cross-platform testing for web and Mobile and browser side provided all our needs.
we dont need to buy devices, setting up is easy

the feature i like the best is its ablility to excecute test cases in multiple environments paralllely

nothing much, less number of threads for each user

we are able to execute mutliple test cases parallely in multiple browsers so we are able to save time and resourse

The ease of automating without needing to set up physical servers and devices and can run parallel executions and have live video recorded.

The price is a little bit high, nothing else really

While running the automation script we can able to debug the code and BS provide interactive session, it will helpful for debugging purpose

What do you like best about the product?
I like almost all features of browser stack like cross-browser testing, multiple platform testing etc. But the best feature I liked was its ability to record and playback test execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find negatives but it could have had the ability to store the logs, videos for a longer time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recorded playback/download of test case execution, which helps in reproducing the defect.
